      I would like to write about my disappointment regarding my daughters party today. I understand that a lot of businesses were under extreme pressure of Covid-19 pandemic and a lot of businesses are trying to recuperate from a financial burden, but I am completely disgusted of our experience. After paying over $700 for 2 hours, I am at loss. First, the place was overcrowded to the point that other people were sharing our tables to switch their roller blades and noone could advise that our table is reserved. Second, the guests to our party had to wait over ************************************* and ***** minutes just to get the skates.Third, there were not enough walkers for the children and I was asked to pay extra for them. After agreeing of paying extra, other participants would come to our table and take our designated walkers.When ** asked for ****** to come over to the ** stand, we were later advised that we took too long to come over and theres another child will be taken. Then it will be Inessas turn. Keep in mind that my daughter is 5 years old and it would take her some time to get to the ** stand.We were given play cards for the play machines. Half of them were EMPTY! One of birthday guests won **** points and was not given tickets to redeem. Her mother had to take a photo of the points to demonstrate, in order to get the points back.While eating the cake, the security guy was making rounds around our table screaming you got 5 minutes. The exit is that way! wrap it up. I have never been treated this way at any birthday party I have attended prior. Random people were sitting at our table, blocking the pathway to the skating rink. It was extremely overcrowded and rushed. My daughters birthday song was not even completed before they have switched to another guests. Our party host was beyond helpful and I am appreciative of that but I will never book another party with them again. I am seeking a partial refund for the poor service

      I bought a rollerskating ticket off of Event Bright for $7.00 and I fractured my spine at United Skates in *******, **. An employee named ****** emailed me saying she didnt have my credit card on file to credit me for the following week and left me phone number to call her back. I call her back giving her my credit card debit information and she credits me the $5. But then all of sudden multiple fraudulent charges start to occur in the amount of $660 as if she exposed my information to fraud, I didnt agree to any of this at all. I think this employee ****** was involved with identity theft/fraud of my debit card information where she might of used my information to help herself to my credit debit card. I tried to make a complaint and they hung up on me, treated me rudely, and were disrespectful. They stated none of their employees would ever do this and stated no one called me. I have a printed copy of the email they sent to me where she asking for the debit card information too. I have a copy in my email as well. It is coming from United skates email address too and it is not a fake email either. Yet, they have not tried to resolve this issue or investigate it at all!!!! I will be filing a police report and not sure what kind of scam they are running or how many other people have experienced this before. United skates does not take any responsibility at all and they ***** it to event bright and event bright has no phone number to speak to anyone. I made an online complaint to event bright for no one to even try to contact me or leave me a message. I received multiple fraudulent charges within 4 days of me fracturing my back so this employee knew I was incapacitated so maybe they thought they could get away with stealing my money that I just wouldnt notice. Who knows how many others this may of happened too. I want my money back and I want a settlement for pain and suffering too. I want ph number to event bright so I can speak to them.
