All in Asset Management was contracted starting in March 5th of 2022 to perform home modifications for our primary residence. Estimated time frame was listed as ******* days, of of current date 791 days have elapsed with no timeline of completion. Furthermore, All in Asset has been non-responsive since the last payment made 9 March 2024. To date $193,000 has been paid to All in Asset Management. There is a building permit for the work that is still open, it had to be extended once already and is set to expire in August of this year(2024). There have been multiple water leaks throughout the renovation, some persist to this day. There are still many items not completed such as siding, pavers ceiling/wall repair, molding, electrical work and flooring repairs. There are also many items that are not provided including : Fireplace, Exterior door, Storm door, Interior doors, Exterior Molding, Stair repair.We would like the Contractor to complete the Job in timely fashion (BERORE PERMIT EXPIRATION in AUG 2024). If this is not possible we would like a refund in the amount of the scope of the remaining work.Thank you,***************************Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by All In Asset Management Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Business has not addressed any of the items included in initial complaint. Business does not seem to intend to complete the project. Initial contract in unfulfilled.
