On Autolands website, owner Mr. ********************************* claims that he puts his customer first in importance, that he is proud of the vehicles he sells, and assures readers of the high standards and quality of cars at his dealership. My experience has been that these are disgusting lies: Autoland is the epitome of every stereotype of the dishonorable, fraudulent, scamming, cheating, crooked used car salesmen that consumers dread encountering when they transact business. They don't return calls...unless you're buying a car. The check engine light illuminated 2x within a month of purchase, but they never returned my calls about these problems. Ironically, Autolands website acknowledges that used car dealerships sometimes get a bad rap; my experience with Autoland illustrates that ************************ and Autolands behavior perpetuate that bad rap. If youre considering buying a used car, dont shop at Autoland, where you will be treated with indignity, dishonesty, and incompetence after you make your purchase because after purchase, you are of no importance to ************************ and his ethical standards are of no importance to himself.

I purchased a 2011 ******* Elantra touring gls in oct of 2021. The car has bee in shop, for repairs in 7 months that I bought it at least 7 times. Twice I was stuck in a major rd. The shift was installed backwards and it would switch in another gear while I was driving it.A very scary experience.While I was driving last week, I could not go over 20 miles an hr. It would be slipping backwards , I called a tow. Apparently, auto land, sold me a Lemon.. It wont start in park, just in neutral. The warranty was for 90 days, so now I am responsible for repairs. Its going to be junked this week, the transmission,and shift has broken. I put all my cash on this vehicle, and only driven it a couple of months out if the 7 months I had owned it. To anyone, who reads this, be careful of this shop, the owner , I would not recommend AutoLand *** .Very , unprofessional, nasty , and crooked .My vehicle, is a Lemon, was a Lemon and the owner knew, but sold it to me anyway, telling me that it was normal to hear those nosies , and that is how this particular vehicles drives.No one should have to experience the terror of driving an unsafe vehicle as I have. Worst customer service experience ever! I bought a car from them, this car has been back and forth to the mechanic and I bought it less than 30 days ago. Me and my partner went to the dealer seeking for an explanation because the car got hit while it was in their possession and the side right mirror got damage. Employee started to escalate the situation, take us outside and started to screaming at us and telling my partner to shut **. ** additional to that, the financial manager came out and start screaming for his car back referring to the loaner car we got from them, which we supposed to keep until we get our car back, and telling us we have to take an **** back! When he realized we werent driving the loner car, he got into my partners face screaming and was ready to escalate the situation into physical!! Never heard an Im sorry this happened from them. We have every right to be frustrated because its the 4the time the car has been to the mechanic and now this happened to the side mirror and still no explanation if it was an accident or not and where it happened and telling us we couldve even did it, basically trying to blame us, how Im going to damage my own property that I just had for a little over a week?
