I mailed fish to my grandfather in ******* and was charged 181$ to overnight deliver it. The package was suppose to be to him by Monday first priority since I mailed it off on a Saturday . The package didnt reach him until Tuesday evening. When he received the fish it was spoiled. I was suppose to be reimbursed for shipping cost which was the least . Its been over a month and Ive been getting the run around from the ups store. Very unprofessional especially in these times. Ive contacted ******** and left five voicemails in the corporate office at ************ and over a two week span I havent received one call back from her. Very irresponsible.Business response

A shipping refund was approved by *** Corporate. The customer states she did not receive the check. Our location is working with *** corporate to have a new check reissued for the customer. *** corporate handles the issuing of ****************** Refund checks. A request has been put in to have a new one issued to the customer. We have spoken to the customer, and await confirmation from *** Corporate that a new check will be sent.Customer response

After reaching out numerous times I still have yet to receive my refund , or a call back as to whats going on with my refund

I was told I would be issued 181 dollars which is in another bbb filing today I was told 160. At this point Im confused I just want my refund . ALL OF IT
