I purchased a car and an extended warranty though them in July of 2021. i have been trying to get my car in since December and they claim they have no loaner car for my car to get the repairs done. i have been screamed at by the owner when my car broke down and only deal with them when i need warranty work done as they always give me a hastle and have the worst customer service. since then the manager nate has called about a review i left on their website and spoke with my fiance and said they are no longer excepting my car at their shop but i still have a warranty through them. they keep telling me i can take my car to another shop and pay a deductible but why would i do that when i already spent 3,000 on the extended warranty. After their employee contacted my brother in law regaurding where i work to obtain info about me trying to say that i called from my work phone. which i work for where they get their fuel oil and propane. Bryan was the one who contacted my brother in law and discussed my business with this shop to other people. which to me is against hippa.Business response

We are sorry Miss ****** feels she has been mistreated. The only time we hear from her is when she has an issue with her vehicle. Which we try to fit her in as soon as possible. She has turned down several appointments because we do not a Courtesy vehicle available at the time. The extended service contract she has allows her to take her vehicle to any licensed repair shop for covered repairs. Which we have explained to her. As far as her being mistreated by owner was in response to her calling on Saturday morning (by the way our service is closed Saturdays which she knows) and cussing at the salesperson to get her a vehicle to use because hers would not start and she was stranded at store. She had called the service department the day before to get appointment for her vehicle for non starting issue. So why would drive your car someplace knowing is probably wouldn't start? As far as any employee here talking to her employer is totally wrong no one here has done any such thing and we no employee named Bryan. All of her previous issues with the her vehicle were repaired. The cost was either covered by extended service contract or no charge from us. We have constantly tried to help her when we can but Courtesy vehicles are just that a courtesy. This seems to be her whole justification for a complaint. Rental coverage is available on her contract but covered repair needs to 8 hours or more.Customer response
