The hotel website advertises two different room rates. I was charged the higher amount of $377 for a NO SHOW fee instead of the lower listed rate of $199.Business response

To Whom it May Concern, The guest in the above referenced complaint had a reservation in a group booking for ****. She never canceled her reservation with us and did not show up on the day she was scheduled to check in. She received a confirmation email which details our cancellation policies. The rate she referenced of $199 was for an April special that started after the date she was scheduled to stay with us. The room Ms. ****** booked was a lake front room at a rate of $290/night. The **** group booking had the majority of our rooms booked with them through a prearranged contract. Please see attached. We strive to work with our guests and we held a room in good faith for her arrival. Had she let us know prior to her check in date she may not have incurred a no show penalty.
