Bathroom Buddies did an excellent job replacing my bathtub with a walk in shower. My installers were wonderful. Neat, clean and courteous. Answered all my questions. Completed in one day. Lifetime warranty. Very happy with results. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend using bathroom buddy. Very over priced for the work they provide. Sloppy caulk job and the shower doors are not aligned properly so they one side doesn't close properly. Workers have come back numerous times to address some of our issues and nothing was done to our satisfaction. I tried to get one of the managers to come and review the job but no one shows and all I get is the same crew that did the install and spend about 15 minutes looking at stuff and leave. 3 different times someone came and still nothing to our satisfaction done. We also went through ****** for the 10% rebate of the cost and that took months to get done due bathroom buddy took their time submitting paperwork to ******. Rebate was supposed to come within 3 weeks of work being completed. Rebate took over 3 months as I was calling as well as ****** trying to get this done. Do not go with this company unless you want to spend your time working on getting things done that was promised. Don't fall for all their BS.

BUYER BEWARE! Company communication is very poor. I had to call multiple times to receive copies of my paperwork. I will say that the installers were very good and was pleased with the final product. DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCE COMPANY! Interest is accrued on a daily basis which I was never told and had no paperwork to look at. I was told that the loan paperwork is not sent until the finance company receives confirmation that the work was completed. By then it was too late and I have accrued almost $100.00 in interest even before making the first payment.

Hello *****. It's great to hear you were so happy with the final product!! I'm so sorry you were delayed in receiving the information. Our digital ordering platform is designed to deliver the contract/agreement instantly via email. Unfortunately, we have seen email correspondence in the spam or junk folder. Furthermore, when you opted to finance the project and approved the loan, the finance company emailed all of the loan details, including interest rate, monthly payment, etc. It is not sent after the installation is completed. We do not get funding from the finance company until the project is completed, but you should have received all the details before that. Our customers use the finance company more than 50% of the time, and this is the first we have heard of someone not receiving the information till after the installation was done. If you did not receive that email immediately, I apologize and will look into why that occurred. Again, we are sorry for any frustration you experienced during the process Please call the office and ask for **** to discuss this further if you would like.

I would highly recommend Bathroom Buddy Remodeling. They did complete the job in one day. They had to come back to make small adjustment which they happily did. Very professional.

Bathroom Buddy Remodeling did a great job! My new tub area looks great. The team was courteous, professional and above all very neat. They cleaned up as they went and protected all traffic areas. I would highly recommend them.
