I purchased the online defensive driving course around November 29th and completed it quickly. Since then I havent been able to log back into my profile and wondering when I was going to receive my certificate so that I can get a reduction of my car insurance rates. I emailed ********** of Empire Safety Council and received a response on December 2nd that it would be mailed on Monday. Its been a week and a half and I still havent recieved my certificate so I contacted **** again through email and no response. I call the phone number and nobody answers. I think its extremely unprofessional to not answer emails to a paying customer, and Im shocked Statefarm recommended this company to me. I would like my certificate mailed or my money refunded immediately.Customer response

Enrolled for a Defensive Driver Course online on March 9. Accessed course on March 10. Immediately had problem. Could not get to all of first module. Exited course to try again with fresh browser connection, and ended up failing voice recognition. Got locked out due to that.Called phone numbers listed for business***************) and ***************). Never connected to anyone who could address my issue. Tried Live Chat as well, again no help was forthcoming. Emailed about problem ********************* No response.After no help with this issue, I called my credit card company to put charge in dispute. Why is this company permitted to sell an online course and not provide support?? Seems like a scam to me.Customer response
