On October 20, 2018 I purchased 2 plane tickets with Fly Jamaica Airlines. On November 24, 2018 I received a phone call stating that all flights have been canceled till further notice and I was advised not to procesed to the airport. On November 29, 2018 I called in to Fly Jamaica Airlines and requested a refund for both tickets for $1,085.60 I was given a reference number for my refund which is ********. Due to Fly Jamaica canceling the flight I had to purchase new tickets on November 30, ************************************* $1,269.60 On February 8, 2019 and May 5, 2019 I emailed Fly Jamaica Airlines to see what was going on with my refund since the account that was used to purchase the tickets was shut down. I gave them my email address of ******************* and ******************** and my cell phone number of ************** to contact me. As of September 11, 2023 it has been almost 5 years since I requested my refund and I still haven't received it, no one has called or emailed me in regards to it. No one from Fly Jamaica has made any attempt to reach out to me. This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE.
