This casino is not only cheap, but they are cheats. They **** all of the machines so that only their friends who put out win anything. The ringleader is a notorious sexual harasser, although married, who only sees women as a piece of meat no matter what their age. Although I am seventy years old, currently the machines pay me nothing because I wont do what he wants. This is unforgivable and unacceptable behavior in any person. I hesitate to call the individual a human being because I think he is a monstrosity.Review from Mordy R

On Wednesday, May 24th, at 12:40 am, I played the roulette machine B41-09. In anticipation of fair gameplay, I placed a $15 bet on number 7, which resulted in a successful win of $525. However, the machine proceeded to remove the entirety of my winnings from the table. The screen froze and all of MY MONEY was gone. Several staff came over not knowing what to do so each time the would find someone new until a manager ***** came over and with a smirk said word I can even repeat because they are mortifyingAt this point its about principal even if it was $5 I want MY MONEY. I sent an email to guest services and no one even had the decency to reply. Im in the process of contacting the gaming commission because I have photos of my win and then the screen froze and took it. My fianc happens to be am attorney and he actually saw a similar case in ***** and the patron won even more money in court. Luckily I have him to help me with all of this someone else at the table had even more money stolen than me. The screen froze and all of MY MONEY was gone.After conducting an investigation into the machine problem, it was found that a system error had occurred. The machine specifically displayed the message "Malfunction voids all pay and play," which led to the game being canceled without any winnings or losses. The roulette wheel malfunctioned, resulting in the game's cancellation and the money being refunded to you.At Resorts World Casino New York City, we want to clarify that we do not own or maintain slot machines on our premises. Depending on the machine, these machines are owned by the ***************** and maintained by IGT. If there is a problem with the machine not paying out the correct bonus, it would be considered a machine error and not the fault of our employees. In the event of a malfunction, the machine would void all pay and plays. We have a disclaimer on every machine in the casino to avoid confusion. Rip-off my winner game there didnt pay me Attendent came to banging on the machine like it got struck down it stop at 500 pay and ask to call Attendent and didnt pay me unprofessional services I will not go again 10/21 and the reward card you claim there get money to players nothing its not organized and unprofessional
