My order went to the wrong store location and I didnt realize until it was being delivered. I reached out to dominos for a refund and was contacted by the store to do the refund, after being told they couldnt do my refund due to payment type I was placed on hold then hung up on, after calling back and being told no one there had helped me prior then being put on hold and redirected to about 3 different people, I was told my refund would be done but it would take 3-7 Business days. I have yet to be refunded. When I spoke with the *** I was told by him he doesnt care if I complain to Dominos because all they are just going to do is send the complaint to the store and they are the ones to handle it so they can do what they want. Its really sad and unethical that Dominos pizza doesnt have a direct customer service number for issues like this.
