      I paid in advanced for a reservation in their lot via Way.com and when my wife arrived, they extorted an extra $55.19 from her invoking their oversized policy that states a vehicle larger than a sedan pays more. However.... her ******* Tucson is is 182? L x 73? W which is 11 inches shorter than a ****** Camry sedan and ****** Altima sedan. They took advantage of a woman and child in fear of missing their plane i use them all the time and have never had this issue as i was always there. they did this knowing they could get away with it and collected tax on it so this should be a tax fraud case as well

      Did not provide shuttle service after trip. Horrible customer service. Agent laughed about making me wait and was unclear about where driver was and when driver would arrive. Unapologetic about not providing timely service. I gave them my flight info and and called several times for pick from airport. I eventually paid for taxi to site to pick up my car. Return shuttle service was not provided.

      On Saturday August 6th 2022 made reservations for long term parking while we were away on vacation. With the parking we were told there would be a shuttle to take us from the lot to the airport. My family of 5 waited in lot for about an hour when we told the shuttle would be there in ******************************************************************************************* another $20.06. Then when we got back home on August 13th 2022 they were supposed to supply us with a shuttle from *********** to the lot on ****** ************* in Queens **. We called them and they told us they would be there in approximately a half hour. We called them about 40 minutes later and they said it was going to be another 45 minute wait before they got to us so we ended up having to take another Uber to their lot which was another $20.22. After all our troubles we get to lot and the attendants were not helping us get our keys for the car. When I had loaded up the car with my family's luggage my car started up thinking they had left my Key in car we left. When I realized that my wife had the spare key in her bag and thats why car started I had called the place of business to inform them my key was still there they gave me the run around. Now I have to drive a hour and half back to the lot to try and get my key back and a hour and half back home. Which will cost approximately another $50.00 in gas. If someone can please help me at least get refunded the money for the Ubers I would appreciate it. Thank You Very Much , ***********************

      7/3/22 I received a parking confirmation *********** for ************** Airport Parking Premium (***************************************************** - Booked through Way.com - $77.06.When I arrived on July 4, 2022, they told me they has no space and I had to go to another parking lot. I told them I had a reservation and did not have time to start out to another lot. After some debate, he insisted I had to pay an additional fee because I had a small SUV - exasperated , I paid an additional $19.56. At that moment, the shuttle arrived and he hurried us out. He said we had to take pictures of the car before leaving, and we did so - Picture dated 7/4/22 - Time 5:39 PM.We Returned on July 8, 2022 - 6:30. The first thing the attendant told me was that my keys were locked in the car and asked me if I had another set. I live in ********** and had to reason to carry two sets of keys. Thankfully I had the app on my phone and was able to unlock the car. We pulled out and inspected the car for damages and unfortunately there were paint chips missing on my rear bumper. We showed the attendant the pictures and his instructions were to call ***************************** at ************ to address the damages. I immediately sent him a text of the pictures (7/8/22 - 7:00 pm) without a response. July 9, 2022 I sent another message requesting an acknowledgement. I called repeatedly throughout the week with no response. Attached is the slip the attendant gave me acknowledging the damages. As well as where the car was jammed against chainlink fence.I called **************** to dispute the parking charges, but the cost of my repairs are their responsibility.

      I parked here on 7/29 while flying out of ***********. I took pictures before just in case showing the state my car was in. When I picked up my car, there were two very obvious marks on the passenger side. I got home on 8/5. They made me pay an extra $18 ($20 they didnt have change) for the extra day I was parked due to a flight delay. So I basically paid $150 to park and get a scratch. It was not refunded and all they could advise me is a supervisor to call who does not return voicemails. I asked for money back and they said they did not do that.

      Parked my car here for a week while on vacation, came back to damage inside of my car, apparently they leave your car keys in the car and unlocked, it look like someone cut the plastic under my driver seat to attempt to steal the seat maybe, company should help pay for damage considering they left my car outside unlocked

      On 7/18/22 I was returning from my vacation using ***********. I contacted the prime parking Premium to come and pick up myself and my family (3 adults). the driver wanted to argue that he had already come to the terminal and I wasn't there and he didn't like to waste his time. I told him I really did not want to argue can we just go and pickup our car. On our way to the parking lot where our car was parked he was driving and on and off his cell phone and he was driving very fast and switching lanes often. He switched lanes once again, the person in front of him had put there brakes on to slow down he didn't realize this until he almost hit him he swerved the shuttle van that we were all in to avoid an accident with the other car but my entire body flew and hit the exit door adjacent to me. I was originally seated behind the driver and now my body was all the way over behind the front passenger seat on the floor of this shuttle van. He stopped in the middle lane of the highway to look down at me he didn't offer to help me up, he apologized and that was it. My heart was beating so fast and I suddenly got a huge headache my shoulder and back are so sore. No one from this company has contacted at all!This shuttle van also had a broken back window with duck tape and plastic bag on it! This company should not be in operation they are extremely unsafe and careless. Also this location is extremely filthy this is no exaggeration. Its an office that is operated out of a trailer and its so Filthy I just don't understand how they can come to work everyday and not clean it!SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS PLACE. I was suppose to go back to work 7/19/22 but I was still in pain so I lost a day and then I had to spend money out of pocket to go to the emergency room!*****************************

      I was overcharged for a ******** have tried to resolve this with the owner to no avail. I made a reservation for December 1st-December 5th 2022.I was originally charged $76.63 for the reservation at the parking lot, which I am not disputing.When I arrived I was told that being it's a larger vehicle it's $35.00 extra, I understand. When my card was charged it displayed $95.72. Upon returning to the lot to pick up my vehicle, I was told their paperwork showed that I was to return on December 12th, 2022, not December 5th. Therefore I was charged an extra week which would total to approx $60.00. The attendant said he could not issue a refund and that I would have to call on Monday morning. I've made a number of calls and texts, and none of them were answered by management. I visited the office and was told they don't know when the manager shows up. I am quite frustrated and would like to have this resolved. Thank you, ***************************

      On 12/15/21, I paid $103.42 to reserved for parking at PrimePark JFK airport parking premium for check in 12/24/21 to 12/29/21. When I arrived I was told they are full. I explained that I have paid reservations and was told I dont care!I luckily found parking at a nearby parking for a little more in price. I have tried to rectify this matter on my on, but the phone is always off the hook and the website is not setup for type of matter. Please help and thank you.

      On December 10, 2021, I made on online reservation with payment of $117.70 to park my car in the PrimePark JFK lot, while we were on vacation. The plan was to park there from 12/11/21 - 12/19/21. When we arrived, the lot was sold out and there was no spots available. So, we went down the road to another lot - Park 2 Fly, which had a spot available.Due to the fact we didn't have a reservation with this new lot, we were charged almost double the other lot, $204.66. I tried requesting my money back from PrimePark and they are telling me I need the receipt from the other lot. When I checked out at the other lot, they told me they will be emailing me the receipt and verified my email. I have not received this email and they told me they are no longer able to send it to me. I don't understand why I need a receipt from the lot I parked in to get a refund from the lot that took my money and didn't provide a service. What if I would have parked at a friends house, what does that have to do with my refund?I have emails which I will attach of the conversation I had with a rep at PrimePark. I've also attached a screen shot from my bank which shows I paid the $204.66 to the second lot, which I'm looking for a refund of the full amount I ended up paying the other lot due to the inconvenience and trouble it has caused. Thank you in advance for your assistance and please let me know if you need other info.
