06JAN2024 Just tried to make a purchase on this website. The purchase did not go through and I received a fraud alert from my credit card inquiring if the purchase was made by me. I replied "Yes" and received the authorization from my cc. I tried again to make the purchase but it not fully process so I didn't trust it and called my cc to decline all charges to this company. Can't trust anything these days.Review from Aliza M

Bought Milbon product from them on **** and it was definitely fake, with the barcodes cut out and sketchy looking printed out stuck on label. After contacting them about the missing barcode they said they "don't sell fake Chinese products", which seems like protesting too much, especially after reading these other reviews.Review from Deana w

I ordered a set of samples of a.g.e. eye complex It said I would receive email co firmarltion. I did not receive one, so I called the number, after several rings a person answers hello with no representation of the company I had to ask if it was jennyskincare She replied yes Then verified order and said she would sent to email. She never did. When it arrived..all 5 tunes felt super light. So I held up to light. There was a 1/4 of something in 4 with the 5th one..barely anything. I have no idea what is in it Certainly for what I paid, I did not get a full 5 tubes and concerned what is in it. I tried to call and now no one answers. This place needs shut down Very shady and unprofessional I wish I had known. Do not buy from themReview from Susan d

I ordered 2 products. My credit card was charged within seconds to newskincare, but I never received a confirmation from Jenny Skin Care or newskincare. I contacted Jenny Skin Care via their website, but never received a reply. I have tried to call the number listed on the website at various hours of the business day but nobody answers. Needless to say, I never received the products. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company. What a mess!Review from HB P

Bought a skin care item from them on ***** It was definitely not a legitimate brand name product. I had just finished the product which was purchased through an authorized seller. The one I was sent through Jenny Skin Care dba on **** as newskincare was nothing like that product so it was a fake. They said they were an authorized retailer for that product. I looked at the brand's website to find them and they were not listed as an authorized seller. They tried to say it wasn't and that it could have gone bad but there was no seal on the bottle so it could have been filled with who knows what. If the product truly went bad the then they should have sent a new product to me, no charge, because I sent them pics of the serum and pics of what it should have looked like. I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews on ***** The best thing they did is honor their return policy but they did deduct shipping. Since it was returned my review of them does not show up on **** so I had to review them here. If you want a brand name product do not buy from them no matter how good the price is. There is a reason it is lower than an authorized seller.
