On Nov. 11,2020 Infinity shut down my irrigation system for the fee of $78. In April 2021 I received a **** from the **************** for $322.67 (later reduced to $247.67) for ****** cubic feet of water (house was unoccupied). The water department Asst ************** ***** ******** sent me a letter stating "On March 19 of this year the *************************** was dispatched to the above captioned address for a water leak due to the improper shut down of the curb box on your irrigation system by your agent. Our service man addressed this issue with a full shut down of the system...Water conservation is critical in proteccting Long Island's groundwater system ..." I have contacted Infinity 3 times with no response from them. I believe Infinity is responsible for my water **** of $247.67 (which I paid to the water department). Everyone makes mistakes, but it is important that the company take responsibility for those mistakes of its employees. The employee did not shut down the system completely.In the above information, I have provided my winter phone number after Dec. 5.Customer response
