I had a bad exsperiance with a sales man there his name is Dan...he takes your deposit and do not tell you it's none refundable...he tells you ,you have to speak with the owner and that the owner comes and goes with no specific time ...so if you don't get approved for the loan you will loose your refund....I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place because of this sales guy....

Overall Great Job. The service was great and so was the selection. No pressure sales environment.

I wish I would have came across this review before wasting my time at Jacob's auto. The salesman were constantly pushing a vehicle on me that I no longer wanted which led me to change my mind a few times. The salesman didn't tell me the deposit for the two vehicles that I was interested in was non refundable nor did they tell me that I HAD to choose their vehicles after they "shopped" for loans. When I first sent an email saying that I changed my mind about purchasing a car, the salesman Dan called me and tried to pressure me into taking the deal. If you're shopping for cars, avoid this place, especially if you are inexperienced with car shopping.

I do NOT recommend purchasing a used vehicle here. My 2010 ***** ******* with 53k miles was sold to me WITHOUT REAR BRAKES. I purchased this van for my cat rescue and made it very clear I really needed something reliable. The first day I brought it home I knew something was off. My dad looked at it and there were almost NO rear brake pads and the caliper was stuck open. I will say they picked the van back up and delivered it back to my work with new read brakes, rotors, and caliper. But how could they not? But let me ask you HOW DOES A VAN PASS A LEGAL NYS INSPECTION WITH NO BRAKES. This is fraudulent and unbelievably dangerous. I did agree to post "positive reviews only" (as the owner requested) because they were nice enough to pick it up and fix it and bring it back, but I was already livid. So I posted no reviews. Along with the brakes the TPMS light was on, but returned to me off. Only to return shortly after. I have had the van only 34 days. Two days ago the van wouldn't turn on. I messaged them about it and he literally told me to buy a new battery. As the mechanic next door found the connector to the battery terminal is broken and was falling off. Yesterday a VSA light started flashing. Today the van started shaking/stalling while driving and the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. This almost got me hit at an intersection as I literally cannot move for about 5 seconds when it happens. I messaged them about it, and he recommended repair shops stating I am 4 days out of lemon law. 4 days. And even if I was within it they only cover "major engine and transmission problems". If you wish to purchase a vehicle and want it to be reliable without a dismissive salesman I highly recommend avoiding the debacle I have faced in the past month. Take your business elsewhere.
