      We began our bathroom renovation almost one year ago and placed an order on February 3rd, 2021 for our bathroom fixtures (shower and sink) with our contractor, Tony Piccirillo, https://www.piccirilloenterprises.com/, who then placed the order with his supplier **, ********************************* which was the ultimately placed with the manufacturer, ****** **********************************  As of today, 11/17/21 we still do not have the complete set of items ordered and therefore do not have a functioning bathroom.  This complaint is directed at Piccirillo Enterprises but other complaints will be made against the related parties. The delay in receiving our final fixtures is extreme and has caused major disruptions for our family of 6 and as of now, our final pieces will be shipping January 2022. Throughout this process, we have waited patiently receiving minimal updates from all related parties. Tony, as our contractor and the bridge between ** *** ****** provided few updates and often required our inquiry to receive an update.  In fact, we ultimately had to deal directly with the ***** to try to remediate the issue instead of Tony acting as he should as our contractor. As a result of the delays and inconvenience this has caused ***** did supply us with loaner fixtures but when shipped to ** we experienced further delays in Tony letting us know they were in and delivering them. Tony never offered to install the fixtures to help compensate for the overall issue. We believe that as good stewards of business we are entitled to a discount for the delay in receiving our final products. We only went through ** as Tony asked us to use one of his suppliers. Tony is making a roughly $600 profit off of these fixtures. He should do right and reduce our cost in consideration of this extreme delay. Attached is our email correspondences and it should be noted Tony's lack of interaction and being a voice for us as his customer.

      Response taken by phone:  I have spoken to the customer several times and dropped off temporary replacement parts supplied by the manufacturer.  We are very sorry for the delay from the manufacturer but this is beyond our control.  The manufacturer has not offered me a discount therefore I cannot pass this on to the consumer. They told me they have gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer by supplying the temporary parts so the customer can use the shower.

       In response to complaint # ******** ***** ***********: Piccirillo Enterprises, Inc. has decided to have ***** *********** make direct payment transactions to ***.Supply regarding plumbing fixtures that he had ordered to be made by The ***** Co..  So that Piccirillo Enterprises is no longer involved in this complaint, we agree to pass on our contractor pricing to ***** ***********.
