I recieved a bill from Oxygen XL for a "parking & transportation" violation with no detail at all as to when or where this occurred and I am not aware of any charges I have outstanding. I've tried numerous times to call them and request the name of the original creditor and also tried their online portal to do the same. It just spins and spins and the transaction doesn't go through. Nobody human answers the phone. Thus far I've gotten no detail as to what this "collection" is for. The invoice references *************************************** and when I call them directly, there is no way to get a human on the phone. They simply say what you "owe" and give you a prompt to enter your credit card. There is no way you are able to find any information on what or where the charge is from. This feels like a scam.Business response

We received a debt collection notice from the company OXYGEN XL in March of 2024. Multiple attempts to call to determine what it was for as we have never used **************** Solutions, remained unanswered as if the phone line provided was disconnected. Then July 1st, 2024 we received a letter stating we now owed $140.35 for file #*********, with our company name but incorrect address. It also stated it was now being reported to one or two major credit reporting agencies at which time I contacted our attorney who researched, gave me some information and told me to check BBB out and he would remain on standby. When the phone number listed finally rang, I informed "******" at OXYGEN XL We have never had any type of business dealings with **************** Systems or any of the other sister accounts he named off. We have had the same payment system, that is NOT ****************, for the six years we have been in business and have never had any issue. I disputed and was told he would request the documents with the signature and it would take about 24 to 48hrs. I have yet to receive any sort of communication, paperwork, or any sort of proof. I want this false report removed off my credit report immediately.Business response

I attempted to use the companys dispute process, but was unsuccessful multiple times due to issues with their website. Therefore, I am filing the complaint here. This dispute is in reference to a collection notice that I received from Oxygen XL in the amount of $90. I received two tickets for expired tags in my apartment buildings garage, which is managed by ******************************* (PPM). I informed both my leasing office and PPM that my new tags were in the mail, and that I was awaiting receipt when they gave me the two tickets. As a result, I was told that both tickets would be voided. Also, I have no contract with PPM, so the tickets and any resulting debt collection activities are not valid.Business response

I've been receiving letters from this company regarding a parking violation in a lot owned by professional parking management 1 year ago. I received a parking charge with a picture of my car and the license plate. I have never parked in a lot owned by professional parking management. I received my first phone call today from Oxygen XL. I visited the indicated address, and there is no signage for payment or lot ownership, which falsely indicates it is a public lot. There are several complaints and reports of deceptive practice by both Professional parking Management and oxygen XL. I will take legal action and appeal with the attorney general if this collection is not closed.Business response

I would like the company to confirm affirmatively that I wont be receiving any more mails from OxygenLM
You must provide my contract with my signature to continue any debt collection efforts.
I argue that no binding contract exists because the signage was not clear, conspicuous, or placed in a location where a reasonable person would notice it, thus failing to provide sufficient notice of the terms. The terms were vague and ambiguous, making them difficult to understand. There was no mutual assent or acceptance, as I did not see, read, or comprehend the signage. Additionally, the terms were excessively unfair and oppressive, rendering the contract unconscionable.

I recently, submitted a claim on 3.14.2024 against the ****************************** which you researched for me. The Claim id is ********. Now the 90$ has gone to a collection agency, oxygen xl, p.o box *****, *************************. This is not fair. I paid for parking at the date and time. I have evidence of paying 15$ to the city of *************** for parking in this lot. Then the parking management charges me 90$ for parking? stating I didn't pay for parking. I sent the parking management company a copy of the stub showing that I paid. They ignored my request and sent paperwork to a collection agency now. This is ridiculous and harassing. Sold my pharmacy 4/7/22. This is a charge from ************ for credit card processing dated 11/23.When I was in business their fees were pulled from my account every month on a regular basis. There was money in the account for a long time after the sale. I did not even know about this until I got a notice my credit rating dropped on Experian to 697.. Equifax is still 833 and Transunion is 826 and I would like it corrected. Synergy sent the debt to a collector called Oxygen which when I look up on line has a very poor reputation. Your help in this matter is appreciated. Also the the debt is in my corporate name IGM and it is affecting my personal credit report. They are saying I owe this money to them.Business response

This account was placed with us (Oxygen XL) on 03/22/2021. The account is in the name of a business with the Consumer (Complainant) provided as the personal guarantor for the account.
The account was not furnished to the individual Consumer credit report until 07/02/2021.
The Consumer has disputed this credit report item on 4 occasions, 04/11/2024, 04/09/2024, 10/04/2021, 09/24/2021. All disputes were responded to with verification, accordingly.
Investigation, upon receipt, has confirmed that the Consumer provided a contracted obligation to our client as a Personal Guarantor.

This company is a scam. Oxygen XL has been calling me for at least 2 years now. They are owned by *******************************, which is the same company they represent. When I answer the phone there is nobody on the other end of the call. Everyday I answer their calls to silence. When I call them it is someone in ***** who keeps asking personal questions. This is harassment and extremely unprofessional. I do not owe any debts and as far as I can tell, Oxygen XL is just fishing for personal data. I was contacted today about a parking ticket from over a year ago, and was told that it was my fault that they didnt have my new address (Im military) and was deployed at the time of the supposed violation. I was then told that I needed to pay now to avoid my credit being hurt. It was beyond suspect that she didnt tell me where, when, or how long, then best of all it was exactly double the initial ticket!!! I see scam all over this!!!!Business response
