I purchased a watch from Watches and Beyond via their web site on 2/19/22. It was a Frederique Constant watch in the amount of $999. Invoice #*******/Channel Order #******. I shipped the watch back on April 9, 2022.The watch was picked up and signed for at the Mosney, NY *********** on April 12, 2022. I was unable to get a response after the watch was returned, so I contacted Master Card to file a dispute for $999. Watches and Beyond claims it didn't receive the watch even though I have a signed receipt. I finally got them to answer a call in October. I was told they would investigate the issue and get back to me in 24 hours. I never recieved a call back, and they have not answered MANY voice mails that I have left since. I have documentation of letters and receipts I can provide if requested. At this point, I am out $1000 and a watch, Would very much appreciate your assistance in dealing with this retailer. I am willing to accept a refund to the original form of payment. It that is not available I will accept a watch of my choice or equal or greater value. Thank you in advance.Business response

The customer purchased her watch on Feb 19, 2022, on March 15 the customer requested to return the watch, and we accepted the return. The customer did not return the watch instead opened a dispute with the credit card company,while the dispute was pending the customer returned the watch. We held off refunding the customer pending credit card dispute resolution. The credit card company decided the dispute in our favor.
I would like to point out we never declined that we received the watch, so did we not receive any voicemails from the customer.
The costumer chose a replacement watch and this case has been resolved.
