      I placed my Order on May 25, 2022 and the company fell into administration on May 30th, 2022. On June 3rd Customer Support said my order would still be fulfilled. I reached out again on June 12th as there had not been any updates and they said it would be a few more days. Still no update as June 21st so I emailed again and they said my order would not be fulfilled or refunded: though their site has 70% off and is still taking new orders. Their response was that if I wanted a refund I had to work with my banking agency. Complete scam.

      I made a $400 order with expedite shipping. They only send me an email saying it was dispatched. after a few days i check in my order through a tracking button to find out it was delivered however I never received it. This company only does "chat online", no options to speak to someone over the phone. The person/bot online tells me i need to fill out a form for a refund or replacement. Because it was clothes i needed, i opted for a replacement. I receive a notification an hour later informing me they're not going to give me a replacement or refund with a "thanks". No options to even talk to someone. Shipping with ***** is one thing - ***** is so inconvenient and unreliable. I am convinced their workers steal the packages themselves. I can stay home all day from work in anticipation of the delivery, and hear not once my **** ringing and yet they'll say it was "delivered". But to tell a customer they're not going to receive either one no matter the circumstance is a robbery. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

      I place my order on December 2.....It has been over a month and my order still has not arrived. I contacted them to let them know I still had not received my package and they kept telling me to wait and that my package would arrive within a weeks time. I even provided emails from *** and screenshots of the tracker clearly showing that there had been no movement on my package since the 26th of December. They STILL continued to say that they could see that my package was on the way. I spoke directly to someone from *** (which is where the package was supposed to be going to) and he told me verbally and provided an email saying that the package had not gotten to them and that the latest update had taken place on the 26th, but nothing since then, and "no foreseeable movement to the delivery location" (the exact words of the *** representative). Do not order from this company. I understand things happen but your customer service needs to be there to do just that....serve the customer.

      I placed an order a month ago and still havent received it. When 2 weeks passed and I noticed my package hadnt moved in the tracker I got in contact and said I think my package is lost Id like to cancel and re order as I need the package and its already been two weeks. They assured me the package would arrive by the end of the week and it in fact did not. It has now been a month and I still havent received my package. I followed up and asked to cancel my order and get a refund and they refused to do so. Be aware that shipping to the ** could take a month plus and customer service will just continue to assure you it will arrive soon when in fact it will not arrive soon.

      Im pretty sure company is a scam. They refused to ship my order and kept asking for my banking information after I ordered nor would they process a refund. Not worth it.

      This company is trash. I ordered from them, paid for next day shipping, the order didn't "arrive" for a week...it was held up somewhere clearing customs for days. When the order was finally marked delivered, the package was nowhere to be found. I submitted a help request via their help chat feature on the site. They indicated that it would be 48 hours until my claim was investigated. They got back to me in a day (the only prompt thing about this company) to tell me they weren't going to issue me a refund or replacement because ***** said they delivered it. Today as I was leaving for work I noticed a ***** package shoved in my mailbox, partially torn open and otherwise looking really beat up. This was all incredibly strange, and the worst part is the dress is such bad quality that none of this was worth it. I go to return the item and they CHARGE 9 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING. I'll get half of what I paid back in the refund, if I get it at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
