I visited Wilson Kitchen, Bath and Tile located at ****************************************************** on October 23, 2021. I ordered the following items: White Shaker Cabinets, countertop with half bullnose edge, faucet chrome, and backsplash. We settled on a price of $3,560. I paid a deposit of half the amount which was $1,780. The items were delivered on November 2, 2021. After the items were delivered, I paid the remainder balance of $1,780. I have an invoice to indicate that the full amount was paid. When the independent construction crew (not tied to Wilson Kitchen, Bath and Tile) started to install the cabinets, they noticed that an entire cabinet was missing. This is not a small part. Its an entire cabinet of 36 inch. I reached back out to Wilson Kitchen, Bath and Tile and notified them of the missing cabinet. They delivered the cabinet on November 4, 2021. On November 5, they demanded an additional $400 for the missing cabinet. When we refused to pay the additional $400, the owner started to curse at us and told us they were going to call the police to come to my home and and take the cabinet. I immediately contacted the police and asked if they would come to my home to take the cabinet. The local ************** stated they would not come over my house to take the cabinet. This business is trying to scam us for additional money even though we agreed on a price, and we paid that price. Now they are threatening to take legal action. This place will SCAM you. Stay away from this place. I shouldve read the other 1 start review before doing business. I am now filing a complaint with the ***** of ******** Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and any state and federal agencies that will investigate this business. I also contacted the local precinct about whether they would come to my home to take the cabinet and they said no. I also contact my family lawyer and started gathering all the paperwork (invoice indicating we paid full price) should they take us to court.Business response

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
********************* and his parents visited Wilson Kitchen Bath and Tile on 23rd October 2021 with a cabinet diagram provided by ********** (Attachment # 1).
The customer who was directly involved throughout in communication, payment invoicing and payments for was ** ******* ** **** ***** father. (Please refer to the attached Invoice - #2)
When they visited on 23rd October 2021, pricing for white shaker cabinets, granite counter top and 4 back splash was inquired based on the diagram. Therefore he was quoted a $ ****. It was for all wood self-closing cabinets, counter top, 4 back splash with installments of counter top and back splash and a faucet, which they picked up at the store on the same day.
As the diagram was provided by the customer (Please refer to the attached), the orders for the cabinets were placed on 23rd October it self. Usually, the procedure is to first visit premises for measurements on post, which we provide the diagram and the estimate. However in this case as the customer had already paid and carried the diagram done by **********, pricing was provided and orders were placed accordingly.
Later, the cabinets were delivered free of charge ($75) to the customer on 02nd of November 2021 hence the same day customer *** ****** (******************** s father) paid the balance in full and had no complains over a missing cabinet.
Later when they informed that they require a cabinet on top of the sink it was clearly explained that the order had been done according to the diagram provided to me, hence we could order and get a cabinet and price quoted was of $400. The customer agreed and we placed the order accordingly. Wilson Bath Kitchen and Tile collected the cabinet from ********** and delivered to *** ****** on 05th November 2021.
Post providing the cabinet customer still promised to visit the store and pay. However, on the day of the payment customer (** ******) wanted to negotiate on the price, which we felt is unfair, as we have already provided products free of delivery chargers as well, not once but twice. Also would like to highlight that the service rendered far lower than the market price Vs the quality of product. To date customer had not paid the $400 for the extra cabinet delivered.
Therefore we strictly deny any accusations whatsoever by ********************, First, as we have not dealt with him but with his father. Secondly we have ordered according to the diagram provided, and yet we provided the requested extra cabinet post agreeing on the price to be paid. However *** ****** denied paying later.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The owner of the business keep referring to the ********** document. The ********** document was to show the owner what we were looking for. We never told the owner to use that same document to determine how many cabinets we need. If let's say the owner did indeed use the document to determine the number of cabinets, the owner of the business is still wrong. As you can see in the attachment, which is the original full document from **********, it shows we need 142 inches of cabinets. Furthermore, you can see from the rendering drafted by ********** that it will require two large and one small cabinet. You'll see from the picture of my kitchen that ********************** only delivered One large cabinet and one small cabinet. He missed an entire cabinet. In addition, we didn't notice the cabinet was missing because we hired a construction crew to install these cabinets and they were installed after it was delivered. It wasn't until the installation process that we realized a cabinet was missing. After we made the initial purchase, ** ********************** (the other) came to my home with another individual to take measurements. I have them on my security cameras. Why come to take measurements then if you have he is using the ********** document. We were threatened with lawsuit and thrown out of the store.
This is a highly predatory business. it has other online reviews that indicate that other customers experienced something similar. They should be shut down under Section 5(a) of the ************************ Act (FTC Act) (15 USC 45) which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.
