This is actually for her ****** ** location . The doctor at this office is pretty good and professional but unfortunately for this office who decided to hire very unprofessional and rude receptionist in particular ******** , I gotta give them one star . She made the whole experience very unpleasant . The second I walked in to check in she started to give me an attitude, first she looked me up and down , spoke in a loud and rude manner, asked rudely and aggressively about my information for absolutely no reason at all ! Then she would put my chart under everyone elses so I would go in last even though I was there before everyone else who got in before me . I asked other staff members there how they take their appointments and they confirmed that they take patients in by their apartment time and as they come in . When I came to the desk to asked ******** when would I be called in since I was there before people who already went in she would only say thats how it goes and if I have a problem with that call office manager.Then she would speak loudly to her coworkers about how all the patients there are miserable because they have to go to work after their appointment. So I would like to say that the only person there who looked miserable was her and not the patients . We all understand we have to wait when we go to the *************** I didnt see or hear anyone complaining about the wait. Its the rude people like her who make it miserable to have to deal with who make it an unpleasant visit! Again , she is extremely unprofessional, rude , I personally felt discriminated by her the second I walked in. I dont understand why this office keeps her there if clearly I am not the only one who complains about her being rude and unprofessional to other patients. Just look at the reviews on their website , majority of them are about the front desk being rude one many of them specify ****************
