I love that NavTool works on any car! Theres no need to go out and spend $50k on a brand new vehicle just to get the latest technology. Installation is so simple that even your grandma can do it. I recently purchased the wireless Apple CarPlay for my 2012 Kia ******* because I was fed up with being unable to control my music easily. Setting up this device was a breezeI simply plugged it in, and it was good to go. I wasn't expecting to ever use the backup camera after years of never having one but now I couldn't imagine life without it! Even though my car doesn't have a touchscreen, it comes with a convenient remote, and I can also use the buttons on my dashboard. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to use Apple CarPlay!Review from Lovleen S

Great product. I enjoy using it daily on my car rides, because the interface is very easy to use. **************** is also very quick to respond. I've been using the universal Apple CarPlay interface for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed my driving experience. Installation was a breeze, true to its plug-and-play promise. My car, which doesnt have a compatible factory touchscreen, works flawlessly with the custom remote control provided. NavTool was helpful in getting my SUV to work better with Apple Car Play. Before, it my phone would have to be plugged in, but now it can work wirelessly which is very helpful when driving.Review from irene G

Reading all the mixed reviews made me doubt for a second to purchase the product, but in the end, I went for it since I was done with listening to the radio only and having multiple cables on my car. My experience was a 10/10, delivery was fast, and the installation process was a little complicated for me but the company was very responsive and showed me right away how to install the device. Now I feel like I have a brand new car since there are no cables all around if I need to take or make an important call I can do it without looking at my phone since I do not need to touch the screen to make the request, you can also request it as you would with the voice command on your phone and use different settings at the same time as well.Review from Sheena S

Absolutely terrible customer service. Received a defective unit, company asked me to send back. Gave me a vague eta of next week on a Tuesday when I inquired what is being done and when I will receive a new unit back. Responded with more questions and they basically ghosted me. TERRIBLE business. Believe every negative review about them.
