      I ordered a dress on 3/21/23 for my daughter for my brothers wedding. She is the flower girl. When ordered, it was discussed that the wedding was taking place in August of 2023. After zero communication on their part and only knowing what was going on when she randomly responded to my emails, phone calls, and messages, the dress arrived on 6/30/23. However, the dress that I ordered isnt the one that arrived. I sent pictures that night with an urgent message that this wedding is now in 5 weeks, after Ive waited 14 weeks for the wrong dress. The business was open on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and there is still no resolution since I let them know that I didnt receive the correct dress. I would like the dress that I ordered to arrived prior to my brothers wedding and if that isnt possible I wish they would communicate that and find another reasonable solution. I paid $110 for the dress.

      I contacted the owner of the business one final time on July 10. This was 10 days after I had been contacting her daily with no response. Surprisingly, she responded that I could exchange the dress for a different one but not the one that I had ordered as it wasnt available. I responded with a request to see what she had in the size and color I wanted. When I told her that I placed a complaint with the BBB, she told me she would no longer help me and refused to exchange the dress.

      Communion dress measured ordered, and paid for on 1/25/2023 Required Venmo Was told would be in store in 6 weeks I followed up after 6 weeks passed, was told it did not come in yet Was told on 3/29/23 that it was in the store. Went for fitting appointment on 4/5/23, the owner was not there nor was the tailor. The owner spoke with me on the phone about my displeasure with fit of the dress, yelled at me that I came & ordered too late in the first place, & that she thought the dress looked fine, as she viewed thru surveillance camera. She told me to take the dress home for photos & bring it back to "try" to fix after Easter, but alterations would be my financial responsibility. When we got home, I measured the ********** is incorrect from all measurements Christiane wrote on our order. It was too short in all areas & uneven hem. 4/5/23 I also paid for a veil I was told would be delivered in '4 to 5 days". After I left, received a text: a 2-tier veil like I ordered could not be done in that time frame as originally promised. I asked how long so I can reschedule photos & was left unanswered. I followed up several times after Easter. On 4/16/23 while on the phone, Christiane confirmed with the seamstress the 2-tier veil we ordered would be ready & shipped the next day, 4/17/23. I followed up on 4/19/23 only to be brushed off. 4/20/23 Christiane told me the veils were finished that day (4/20/23) & she would overnight it. What I received 4/21/23 was not the veil I ordered. It was 1 tier with beads incorrectly placed. I called Christiane to ask where my veil was, her exact words were "I don't know! " I asked, what do we do now at which point she shouted at me to mail it back and she would give my money back, and would provide shipping label. After we hung up, she harassed me via text and refused to send money or label and told me to come get it. My in-laws took veil to her store on 4/22/23. Christiane screamed, threatened, again gave them a different incorrect veil.

      I ordered a dress on October 30, 2022, in a size 10. The business then requested measurements. I accidentally inverted the measurement. I contacted them and they said they would reach out to the dress maker. I followed up and they said the dress was already made - this was mid November. I then inquired where the dress was and they said it was in transit. I asked about a tracking number and I was told that they didnt have one and wouldnt be able to supply one until they received the dress. I just went over my receipt and they ordered the dress in a size 12. I need to find another dress at this point and I would Like a refund. I have attached photos where it says they dont accept order cancellations but refunds up to 30 days after purchase. There are just so many things wrong with this.
