In May, I went to Uniquely Yours to get invitations for my upcoming wedding. I wanted custom invitations and ****, the owner, assured me that it could be done. After a month of back and forth, I finally recieved my invitations and they were disastrous. - There was a shimmer border; I never agreed to a shimmer border - Main invite layers were glued together and came apart - RSVP card and Detail cards were cut crooked - Shimmer envelopes were approved without my consent which resulted in additional delays **** and **** acknowledged that these defects were an issue and offered to redo them on July 28th. However, when they provided me with another sample it was still not up to par. - The layers on the revised sample appear to be glued together and you can see the edges are not seamless and they easily came apart - RSVP cards and Details cards are still cut crooked as I was just told that they are hand cut and not done by a machine From there every attempt to speak with **** resulted in her yelling and berating me over the phone. She made this experience a nightmare for me and set me back in my timelime. Now I had to rush order new invitations so I can get these out on time for my upcoming wedding. Overall, I am requesting a refund because I was completely misled as Unqiuely Yours does not have the capabilities to produce a custom invitation. She was also completely unprofessional.
