On 4/17 I purchased pool chemicals from *******.com from the seller Wholscamera ******* ********** and one of the products was a deal for a "pack of 4" 8lb boxes of chlorine tablets. I double checked the product info and found that it also included the statement "pack of 4" and the weight of "36lbs" which all fit with what I was about to purchase. I purchase the product, but when it is delivered on 4/23, I am only sent 1 container weighing 8lbs. I contacted the seller and they refused to send me the other 3 containers stating the listing was an error and it was meant to only be 1 pack. If that were the case, then why would it be listed not only as a "pack of 4", but also the product details would match that description, i.e. a 4pack of the product weighing approximately 36lbs or the details stating again that it is a "pack of 4". When I received only the 1 pack I assumed more were on their way and began using the product, but after 2 days of not receiving another container I then contacted the seller. They basically told me to return the product and they would not honor their listing. After explaining that I cannot return the product as I have already opened and used some of it, they basically said they could not help me. I reached out to ******* and they said they could not help me if the seller offered for me to return the product. At this point, I feel this is a false advertisement/scam in order to sell more product by making it look like a deal. This is evidenced by the product still being listed 5 days after I reached out a brought it to their attention. At this point, I am looking to either have 3 more containers sent to me to fulfill the original product advertisement, or to have a full refund without a product return as I have already partially used the product.
