            I purchased a $300 double sided medal for my sons graduation. The first medal I recieved , the saint on the front was completely smudged to the point of not being able to tell what it was. I contacted the company and sent them pictures. They agreed to fix it and sent me out a new medal. I received the new medal on the date of my sons graduation to see they only sent me a single sided medal. The second side wasnt engraved per the order . They asked me to pick something else or give them another try. At this point, it was the day of my sons graduation and I had no hope their quality control would get it right a 3rd time. So I said no. Please send me a prepaid label , I want a full refund . They refused saying I had to pay a 20% melting fee and pay for the return shipping .

            Ordered a locket with laser engraved photos, 18 gold chain, and placed with overnight shipping. Order came without the chain - company told me I had to prove I didnt receive it photos in the locket were horribly scratched and low quality. Company has not emailed as they said they would about refunds or returns. Seems like a scam!!! Bad customer service. Poor quality jewelry.

            We are so sorry your chain was not on the locket. As explained this is normal company protocol. We ask for this so that if we feel a claim needs to be made with the shipping carrier.
