******* the owner of Rock Solid Landscaping and Masonary did an estimate in February of 2022. He took a ****** deposit in March of 2022. He came two weeks ago and only came one day and ripped up my backyard and never returned. I have copy of my deposit and pictures of my backyard. I bought all expensive Thor appliances for outside and now they are being destroyed just sitting outside in my backyard. **** the secretary tells me I need a plumber and electrician. I have all the texts and the proof. No one should have to go through this. ******* is a thief ************ should be discredited. I will send you all the proof.Business response

I attached a copy of our contract with a signature. Rock solid completed the removal of old trees and the installation of new trees and dug out the footing for a future outdoor kitchen. All totalling approximately $7,200 worth of work. Please see attached invoice for price breakdown. Initially, we were dealing with *************************** (husband) and he met with a plumber and electrician and he never signed their contract or gave a deposit . It clearly states on our contract that Electric and Plumbing are not included. In the interim , **** and ****** got separated and **** told us to deal with ****** going forward. The next step to their project was to install the Electric and Plumbing, therefore we could not finish our work until that was completed. I have tried to reach out several times to inform ****** what the next steps were and she refuses to get on the phone with me. We have emails and text messages to back it up. With regards to her appliances, they are made for outdoors and could withstand all the elements. We mailed ****** back the remainder of her deposit of work that was not completed. We worked on May 26th for one day and completed those tasks and left the job in a clean state. We have been in business since **** and have been accredited through the BBB since 2011 and had no complaint. It is hard to communicate with a customer who will not take my calls.
