This company is a SCAM. The nurse missed our in-home appointment because of traffic, and they still charged me for it. The person on the phone said its a same day cancellation so they have to charge me even though they are the ones who missed the appointment. Makes perfect sense, right?Obviously Ill be reporting this to my credit card company to reverse the charge.Business response

We are sorry you feel this way and that you possible did not get the chance to read our disclosure which was posted on the website before, during and after booking. You chose to cancel this appointment at the same time a nurse was on her way, which if you look at the policy online that results in a full charge as a nurse was literally on the way to you to provide services. We also state on our policy and disclaimer to allow our staff to have a 2 hour window as things happen which are out of our control. This nurse called to say there was an accident way before your appointment, yet you didn't answer and then texted her after you called customer service to cancel again 20 minuets before. We do apologize for the inconvenience however Speedy Sticks did everything in there power to see you today. We are not a scam, as we actually service some of the biggest clients in the world, please read the policy and get back to us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The business has refused to refunded me for the service they failed to provide. I booked an in-home appointment with a 1 hour arrival window. Their nurse missed our appointment, and I'm not obligated to clear my schedule for her and wait around for her to arrive.
Also I booked this over the phone, not on their website, so their claim that I failed to read their website policy is irrelevant and further illustrates that they are a scam and trying to say anything to get out of issuing a refund for the appointment they missed.

I had to argue with someone on the phone, and also with another person on this BBB complaint thread. Not acceptable service, and I expect to be compensated for this.

Purchased online appointment for Rapid COVID-19 PCR Test . My credit card was charged in full and I received emails and texts of confirmed payment and appointment. I received a call canceling my appointment with no explanation and no refund on the day of. I've called the phone number on the website - no answer. I've emailed and have not received a response. I am not sure why we canceled this appointment, but rest assured that a full refund will be processed, we do apologize or the inconvenience.
