They sold me a unsafe car that caused me almost to have an accident. The car is not workign and they will not fix the issue.Business response

Hi,
We have not heard from you since you bought the car over a year and a half ago, and your car came with a 2 years warranty that covered all major components. I do not know why are you coming after this long period of time since your purchase to complain about something the dealership is unaware of. We recommend you take your vehicle to repair facility and fix it instead of complaining about us almost 2 years after buying the car.

This is not true I have back and forth correspondence with this dealership knowing this car had many issues since day one. You informed me to bring it to your mechanic and he will take care of it . I brought the car to your mechanic at fingerboard and instead of you correcting the issue you made him use a warranty for something that was not wrong with vehicle. Now the vehicle will not move because the transmission does not work and he will not honor the warranty because you guys made him use the warranty for other issues . The warranty company is aware and their legal department has all documents and correspondence to show that the transmission was never repaired like you and your mechanic stated. I also filed a police report and all proper steps that Im supposed to since you guys sold a lemon .

I think you should go back to the mechanic were you fixed the car and address your concerns to him. He is not ************, he is a mechanic shop that we use occasionally for repairs. And again you bought this vehicle almost 2 years ago from our dealership and you were given a 2 years warranty thru the financing company. What you did afterwards is strictly your responsibilty and strictly your decision and choice.Customer response

You keep saying 2 years the car was bought 1 year ago and have nothing but problems. I can submit all my documents , text messages with your employees that from day 1 this car has been damaged . I also have written proof from your staff that this is your mechanic .
