The groomer cut my dogs tongue he had to be taken to the vet because two hours after leaving the groomer he was still bleeding. The groomer reluctantly reimbursed me for the Vet ****($85) but she refused to refund the cost of the grooming $70.77. I was given the choice of either the vet **** or the grooming amount but not both. The owner ******* was was not nice to my wife on the phone and hung up on her before she was finished talking to her. When i went to give ******* the vet **** she was very cold, and unfriendly never asking how my dog was. Another customer standing next to me even commented how unfriendly she was, like it was my fault they hurt my dog. As i left the shop She did say that there was a note in the computer that his next grooming would be free and coldly apologized. Would you bring your pet back there after a reception like that?? I have been going to this groomer for 6 years and told them numerous times to be careful when they cut around his mouth because he licks a lot. He was cut once before at another groomer. Im not upset about the injury im upset about the treatment/attitude i got from the owner which was uncalled for, and the refusal to refund me for the grooming.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
At this time, I have not been contacted by Bow Wow Wow Pet Groomers regarding complaint ID ********.i am not surprised after the nasty attitude from the owner of the business displayed not only when my wife spoke to her on the phone but also when i went to the business to speak to her in person. Not a very nice way to treat a customer who has been bringing their dog to them for 7 years.
