            This company falsely advertised that the printer I purchased was a sublimation printer, but the printer was not made for sublimating. I bought the printer on February 25, 2022, it cost $199.00. The company is found on the web it is called sublimation bundle. The nature of the dispute is that the printer was not made to sublimate as this company falsely advertised. The printer does not work at all because the ink provided is the wrong ink and Epson will not assist me anymore since I attempted to use the extra ink provided by this company and it is an Epson **** printer. Epson said the warranty is null and void since I tried to use the ink that was provided with the printer. Prior to attempting to change the ink I was given help by Epson to set up the printer when I first received it, but after trying to use the extra ink provided they would not give me any assistance they say the warranty was voided because I tried to put the new ink in the printer. As far as my complaint about the printer being made by Epson they said it was a third party that sold the printer and they will not help with resolving the issue.             Placed an order for ink that was never delivered. I keep calling and no anwser and also several emails since Oct 2021 on day of order and not even a reply back from them.Fraud Company
