      **************** is Awful! I placed an order in the beginning of July. They sent the wrong frames. They told me to return the frame. I had to ask for a prepaid label. I returned the frames. It took another two weeks to get the correct frame. Seven weeks later the material starting chipping of the frame. I asked to have them replaced. They told me I had to return the frames first. How can a person needing glasses every waking minute, return the glasses? It made no sense! Everyone who needs glasses would understand you can't do anything without them. Could you imagine, they expected me to go for about two weeks without glasses? I guess they thought I could just curl up and stay in bed. What a joke! I would have gladly returned the frames after I received the replacement frame. I went back and forth through email and the representative was extremely rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering buying from them, read all the reviews (I should have). By the way, I also tried contacting them by phone, and, left messages; they never once called me back. I'll be interested to see if they response to this, and, what they say.

      Be very careful if you buy from these people. They seem to do a good job making lenses, but in my opinion they cant be trusted!Heres my story:I was looking for a specific model of progressive lens (Varilux Physio W3+). They only sell one Physio, but there are about 12 different Physio models and they dont specify which one it is, so I emailed them and asked if it was the Physio W3+. They replied that it was. They were offering a 25% discount, which gave me a great price, so I ordered them. Just to be sure, I put a note in my order that said that I was confirming that I was getting the W3+ lenses.What many people dont know is that most progressive lenses have tiny engraved markings that identify the manufacturer and model of the lens. If you search for progressive lens identifiers youll find information about how to see them, and a link to the **** database of symbols.I looked at the markings and found that they seemed to ********* DRx lenses, which dont have the advanced technology of the W3+ lenses and are less expensive: Id estimate the difference to be about $80.I immediately emailed LensesRX about it, and asked how they wanted to handle the problem.. I didnt get a response, so the following day I called and left a detailed message on their voicemail (they dont take live incoming calls). I got no response, so the next day I wrote another email, saying that Id rather work out the problem with them than file a dispute with my credit card company.This time they responded. They didnt offer an explanation or offer to replace the DRx lenses with W3+ lenses, but they made good on their guarantee and offered me a refund since I wasnt happy with the lenses,So I came out whole, although they never gave me a believable explanation of what happened. I cant help but wonder if the same thing has happened to other people. If I wasnt aware of the engraved marking system, I never would have known that what I received wasnt what I ordered.

      I would not even give this company a 1 star The guy named *** in non customer service is incompetent ! And hangs the phone up and want return phone calls ! Bad service they want even take time to take your order on the phone !

      LensesRx is either a scam or the worst online retail shop I have ever come across. They happily processed my credit card and charged me for a set of frames. A week later they refused to ship them to my son who desperately needed them. His frames had broken and he is legally blind without his glasses. Do not even try to call them to resolve an issue. They do not answer their phone and do not return phone calls when you leave a message. Please DO NOT buy from the LensesRx website. You have been warned.

      Hi *****,Your order was processed on Friday the 26th, when we were CLOSED for the long holiday weekend. Monday, the 29th we contacted you regarding the security issue. As you were unable to abide by our policy, your order was canceled and refunded Wednesday the 1st.

      I sent them a pair of expensive Oakley sunglasses to have prescription lenses put in. I received them back approximately two weeks later. Somehow they distorted my frames that were not repairable. I called them immediately and they told me to send them back.I sent them back and saw they received them by looking at my status on my account. It stated in lab for repair. I checked again about four days later and the message had been removed. I called customer service again. The Woman stated they had not received them. I called every third day and was told each time they had not received them and to please send them. Really?My return address was on the glasses box. LensesRx refuses to acknowledge that they were received. I paid them ~ $147.00 plus shipping twice, plus I am out about $200 on my frames.They apparently just disappeared. I opine the glasses were unable to be repaired and they were tossed in the trash.****** has not been helpful for getting a refund. The fraud department at my bank is now involved.Since June 6, 2021 until today November **, 2021 nothing has been resolved.I highly recommend that anyone who is thinking about doing business with LensesRx not do it. This business is a scam!
