              6/14/24 The business has committed to getting me a refund once they receive the product - they received the product and have not refunded me now for weeks. I sent 2 products back within the time frame and unopened - order#1 - ********* was refunded // order#2 - ********* NOT REFUNDED. I have emailed over 15x, have committed emails saying they will refind me and they just keep sending me emails that just go in circles and are not reading my responses. It is insanity. I have contacted them via their customer service email and also their contact form on their site. They never sent me a label for the second order and I let them know I was sending both products in the same box under order: *********. I emailed them and also left a note in the box as well. It has now been weeks of no refund and AI-generated emails that go to nowhere. I have returned my product and I want my refund. ***** is not nothing. It is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please help! ***************************

              This company is horrible!! Their customer service is a joke!! Tried products they burned my skin !! I returned them and they still charged my credit card !! I cant get the money back or even an offer for alternative products!! I would advise no one to use this company!!
