I ordered 3 bottles of the phenemine Elite HCL **** ON 12/19/23.I have no order confirmation email and when I try to log into the website they are saying my account is not found. However, my card was charged and order was received. This medication made me sick with extreme gastric upset. As a nurse and had been on this medication in the past, I realized I did not have any of the adverse reactions I have experienced when taking this medication. I took a drug screen and it was negative for the main ingredient being phentermine/AMP. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SELLING UNKNOWN COMPOUNDS WITH THE PRETENSE OF BEING A CERTAIN TYPE OF MEDICATION IS DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!! I sent an email for refund and return and awaiting reply. Again, I have no order information and only the payment received to prove I bought this product. They are selling medications that are not appropriate for consumers and not what they are presumed to be.Initial Complaint

Hello,
Our customer placed her order on March *********. And we fulfilled and shipped it to her the next day March 13th 2023. She received her order 3 days later on March 16th 2023.
Seven days after receiving her package she sent an email demanding a refund and for her to return her opened package. Unfortunately we do not have an open bottle return policy and we let her know that and that she could refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Please see attachments for our Return & Refund Policy and our email exchanges with our customers.
Please reverse this dispute in favor of Zella Health, we value our customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
I cannot find the Zella Health refund policy on its website Yes, Zella Health submitted its refund policy to the BBB but this refund policy is not readily available nor is it in plain sight on its website or on its order receipt. Zella Health makes no effort to inform the consumer of its refund policy prior to the consumer purchase. Thank you
