I paid Wixspace to maintain my website. In the contract I signed, it said that after a one year commitment, they would leave my site intact.I had a couple of months with a payment issue, then cleared that up. They did reinstate my website but now are completely unresponsive in giving me access to the back end of it, so I cannot contact clients, make changes to my schedule, or do business proceedings on my own website.Business response

From Januray19 to October 19, I paid wixspace9 times 99 dollars each with one 99 dollars credit when I complained about lack of their involvement. With thatbeing said, they gave 3 months credit.The math is this - 99*12 = **** With 3 months credit and 1 month return - 99*8 = 792 This year I have paid them 99*8 = 792 They went to ************************** ********************************************************* PH: ************ FX: ************ Email: ******************* They went to this collection agency asking for 594 dollars which is false.I don't owe them anything.Business response

After review of your account, and seeing all the work we did do for your account, we will zero out your account with us, and take you out of collections. There was a miscommunication about our agreement, your refunds and credits. In the end, we are here if you would ever like to continue your projects with us. Have a nice day.
