In December 2021 I went into a payment plan known as the **** Plan for $86.00 per month for 1 year which included spay of my dog regardless of size I was told. My dog was finally spayed on March 16th 2022 with forced agreement that I had to sign in order to get her spayed . Then when I picked her up I was made to sign into a payment agreement to get my dog back in the excess of over $500. They left a voice mail stating that they would send me to collections . I also did not receive the Spay Certificate so I can go to the town for her license and show she has been spayed. At this time I would be willing to continue payment on the **** plan however would appreciate the excess fee from the day of spay to be waived and have them mail me the spay certificate.

On March 12, ***************************************************************************************************** addition to a signed treatment plan (which details the costs involved with visit). Upon surgery discharge, the client was unable to provide the proper payment for the services rendered on that day.
