I stupidly took a high risk loan from New City Funding and got taken for a ride Its been 10 years I paid $3,500 in down payment and several months in payments with crazy insurance payments on top of it . I had many other problems in my life at that time as well as a crazy opiate addiction from an injury on the job so wasnt ever thinking straight either. Anyway the truck was repoed and still pretty much in same condition definitely no more than $500-$1,000 in work needed. However Im sure they fixed up and resold the truck but still want me to fulfill my loan in full and havent personally taken me to court but filed a civil action with local sheriff to collect it so we all know what that entails. No problem paying it but at least give me the truck back if you want the $$$$ Is this right or fair $$$$

I feel like this is not a legit banker im unable to see my payments on the website nor see my loan on my car to see how much i have left ... i been paying on my car for 2 years now and come to find out their adding more Interest on my payments and i dont no why, they dont call to tell you anything of why my bill keeps going up or why their adding more interest . So i pay for them to add another 200 to my bill every month... and i dont feel like more money should be added every month when i had a set loan on my car ?! So im just confused on what is actually going on with this lender i feel like their illegally adding extra money on my loan .

this is the worst lending bank in the world. they're rude. they're not polite whatsoever. they are not. Its crazy how people take advantage of women with kids. Bought a truck for the family thinking it would be no problems. 3 days after having it the truck engine messed up I told new city funding they said well nothing we can do about that. Weve been struggling every since Covid My mom have cancer and I bought her a truck thinking they were a good car dealership and good financing company They seemed like nice people. My mom always made payments on time. Received an email saying the truck was almost paid off now their saying all the payments Ive been making for two years hasnt going towards the car that the interest rate went up I dont see how they just can change it . Its hard enough I have to take care of all the kids. My mom end up 2,000-3,000 in the car on top of payments. It shouldnt of been this hard to buy any vehicle Sad that they go into business with bad companies and then I found out that new city fundings manger is the sister to the guy who owns the dealership I bought the truck from really said they are basically scamming the dealership was ***************** the feds shut them down took all their cars and about a week later they re opened under a different name and had the family running it. Feds should really do something about it the whole family is running a scam.

I have a strong believe that this Business had made DEALS with car dealers in where they can actually commit FRAUD. One of these frauds happened to me. I got a 2010 ****** Murano from them. But at first they couldnt get me approved and they were having Difficulties.So I was walking out of the place when the man who was trying to get me approved had said to me that they found a loan business that are willing to work with me. So everything went South from there. The car Dealership had their OWN mechanic shop inside their premises. When I test drove that car it was running fine. 3 months later the Drive Shaft on the ****** no longer functional. The Cost for shaft $1,386 not including mechanic work and it also had other issues. So paying $300 a month for a vehicle that I couldnt drive and when I called the dealership to let them know the situation they said that the warranty on the vehicle is no longer active and that they would not be able to help me. But when I asked the car dealership manager why do you have a mechanic shop inside your business and didnt bother checking the drive shaft? The ignore my questions and said the car was good. So now I have a $1,386 to pay to fix the shaft plus $300 a month. Is it fair for a tax paying citizen and voters to be scammed like this? Now listen to this. They charge me $10,200 for that vehicle. And they SOLD it for $1000 something. I Called New City Funding Who where CONNECTED with this Car Dealership and they told me that They Could Not Help Me and that I Still Owe Them ****** dollars. We have no right, and this connected companys are getting PAID. WOW I feel trapped and dont know what to do.

All they care about is money not the customer,do not deal with them very bad customer service.they will not work with you.

Was very happy with this lender,until today. Woman was unfriendly and rude! Never had this problem before! Been doing with them for a year and a half now...this is the first issue I've run into. I'm wondering tho, what kind of finance company does not, or should I say WILL NOT refinance to help their clients???
