on 4-19-23 I ordered a wall padding piano set from the Playlearn website for ****** plus tax its for my 3 1/2-year-old granddaughter who has Austim level 2 and scenery process disorder I used her dedicated account money she gets from ssi well it was shipped out on the 19th and was to be delivered on Friday but got delayed 1 day it arrived on 4-22-23 when i opened it Saturday evening it discovered it only contained 5 pieces instead of the whole set I paid for this is not the first time I complained to this company I ordered a weighted dog and after I checked out I noticed that the weighted dog was switched to a 2 gigantic wale I only ordered 1 but they switched to 2 ***** I called them and canceled the 2nd wale now they screwed up my wall padding set so i am filing a complaint with you people I didn't pay ****** or just 5 pieces of wall padding when on there websited it set wall padding setBusiness response

We have been in constant contact with this customer and we have been helping her along the way with all of her requests. Our customers are our priority and we answered her emails right away. She accidentally ordered something she didn't want, which we cancelled and refunded right away (regarding buying the whale instead of the weighted dog). In regards to the padded piano, our website listing clearly states, with images and text, that this is a 5-piece set. She received exactly what she ordered and what we advertised. She reached out to us about thinking the padding included more pieces, and we explained that the listing on our website shows otherwise. We immediately offered a free return and refund.Customer response

they never sent me any immages of anything this is what i took a picture of off there website and no where does it say how many pieces is in the set

Hello, please see attached website listing which shows that the wall padding is a little over 3-ft wide and includes the 5 pieces shown in the image. Please also note that this customer was immediately offered a refund and free return shipping as our customers are our priority and customer satisfaction comes first. I would like to add that this customer reached out on Saturday and Sunday, when our offices are closed, and we still answered immediately so that we could resolve her concern right away. Despite our response over the weekend, this complaint was still filed.Customer response

all i want is the ***** return label and the full refund and for them to admit they were wrong i have proven that there never was on the website any number of pieces to the wall padding because when i ordered the set i login into my account and you never comuated with be until after i told you about the complain i filed with the bbb and you never showed me the picture of the website here you claimed that it shows 5 pieces i have so may pictures i have sent to the bbb to prove you false advertised you know word of mouth travels fast especially on social medias and that exactly what i am going to do to save someone esale form what you did to me no where on that website did it say how many pieces because i showed my entire family as witness it says size s that's all and the guarantee nothing about how any pieces there are there tic tock instagram ******** and other popular social medias that would just love to hear my story so i want my ***** shipping label sent to my mailing address and a full refund and i will never order off your so call prestiges website actually its a joke and a rip off who charges ****** or 5 pieces of rubber when the website say wall padding set
