I retained ********* Lux to renovate my first home in *********. From day one Ace was constantly present at the site and made sure everything was done properly. His team is very professional and fast. *** kept everything transparent. We had faulty electrical, water damaged beams, a rotted staircase and much more. *** made sure to make the home mechanically and structurally safe so my family could have a peace of mind. Anything we wanted to add to the original scope of work, *** was able to accommodate. He had no issues in working with our payment schedule, and did his best to keep costs within our budget. Everyone who has been coming over to our home has been speaking very highly of the finished product and love it. We cant wait to embark on another construction journey with Team Sun Lux in the near future.Review from Karan V

Sun Lux is the best. Their endless knowledge of ************************** is invaluable. Ace definitely has the best New Constructions and goes far beyond any other Builder in New York. His quality speaks for itself. My family made the mistake of purchasing another Builders work and it has been a constant nightmare for them. We had to call ********* Lux to come rectify all of the issues which the other Builder was not willing to. My next home is going to be exclusively built by ********* Lux. Sun Lux is hands down the best one stop shop period. My family and I contacted Ace on one of his upcoming builds. After asking us a few questions, he was able to let us know that the build we inquired about was not the best suited for us, instead he had an Off-Market deal that would be better. And it was everything we wanted and more! it was literally perfect! We ended up working with the entire Sun ********* and couldnt be more pleased. Everything was spelled out for us and fully disclosed. Overall, my family and I had a great experience and anyone who is in the market for a custom build, should contact Sun Luxury Homes, you will not be disappointed!

Needed to buy a new house in ********** and was recommended Sun Lux from a friend who had a great experience. They helped me throughout the ENTIRE process. The house was custom built for my liking and they accommodated my budget.
