My experience with LEGEND NISSAN in ******* was horrendous. My father and I came in to buy a 2021 Infiniti Q50. We sat with ********************* and boy oh boy. Im not sure whos the bigger liar, ********************* or his Manager *************************. They assured me that the vehicle is Certified Pre Owned, that is has a warranty on it, and that there is a power train warranty of 7 years or ******* miles. ********************* was short and made no eye contact, sat us at his desk by ourselves for over an hour (guessing to not be put under the microscope) and first thing he did was swap the plates from our trade in to the new ************** just didn't feel right. We finally sit with the finance manager and everything we were told was a LIE I specifically asked if the car was certified by Infiniti and I was told YES. Lie, the car is certified, but by some random 3rd party certification that Ive never heard of. The car also does not have any warranty left on it (even though I was assured by both ********************* and ************************* that it does)And, the powertrain warranty from Infiniti that both ********************* and ************************* claim that the car has was false Needless to say, I came out of the finance office and asked both ********************* and ************************* what the deal was and the both of them had nothing to say and just put their heads down. Refused to look me in the eye because they know what they know what they did.At one point, ************************* did mention that they acquired INFINITI in March of 2023 and are still not familiar with the brand. So, youre telling me that you acquired a car brand 10 months ago and still dont know the policies and procedures? Basic warranty information? How the car brand operates?I felt bad for the financing woman who was helping us because she was caught completely blindsided by the lies we were told. I dont remember her name but she was very sweet and the look on her face said it all. Horrible experience with ********************* and ************************* at LEGEND NISSAN.Legend Nissan, Ltd. I spoke with the Customer and apologized for the misunderstanding and assured them that the car they were interested in was in fact a certified vehicle. I'm hoping to retain them as a customerReview from Kerri D

On May 17, 2023, I reached out to Legend Nissan after finding a 2023 Pathfinder SL within my price range ($400-$500 per month) on the nissanusa.com website, so I went to the showroom to look at the vehicle & discuss leasing options. The salesperson quoted a monthly lease payment of $686. The quote I saw on the website for the same car was $463 per month for 36 month lease, 10k miles per year. That same day, I advised Legend Nissan of the issue in email & didn't hear back from them; however, I noticed the NissanUSA website was revamped the next day-it now notes a down payment of $6K is required & the payment calculator automatically adds a Down Payment. Legend Nissan acted improper by advertising a lower lease price just to get me into their dealership and by believing they could say whatever they wanted and quote a much higher lease price since I am a woman who was alone. I have the emails and screenshots saved to prove all of this. Recently, Legend Nissan reached out again, but as I told ***, I am not sure why they contacted me again since ***********************, their GM, stated to the ** Attorney General, after receiving my complaint, that they offered me an "outstanding deal but that wasn't good for her either," and I "would be a disgruntled customer from the start." To be clear, offering $499 a month for an 18 month lease was not an outstanding deal as the same car was estimated to be a lease of $463 a month for 36 months with no money down on Nissan's website. When I spoke to them previously, they looked for any which way to prove that I "wrongfully made the assumption that offers" I saw on the Nissan website didn't require any money down after sending them picture after picture. Each one I sent them, they looked for another loophole. In their recent voicemail, they stated that they wanted to give me "rock bottom number over the phone with the amount of money you want and the miles you want." So now they want to offer that "outstanding deal. Interesting...Review from Neil J

I have a ***** BUYOUT Statement from Nissan Finance. Legend refused to do a Buyers Order for the stated Lease Buyout Agreement price given to me by Nissan Finance CONTRACT PRICE.The Buyout price was $11,122.80 plus a fee of $300 , nothing more. When they wrote up the Buyout order they wrote it up for $12,607.50 and when I told them this is not the ***** BUYOUT cost in my CONTRACT with Nissan Finance the salesman called over the manager who explained that they had added into the purchase price the costs of $300 and an additional $695 for the CERTIFICATION of the Limited Warranty on the power train.Which they refused to Itemize on the ****. Then I noticed an additional charge for $49.40 which they repepatedly told me was not added to my purchase price but, when looking a thte buyers order the total now became $12,117.00 which did include this additional money. Calculators do not lie.Plus an additional $175 for motor vehicle fees and $55.00 for my Title Change fee.I did not require any change to my REGISTRATION , kept my same plates and the REGISTRATION in NY is in my name not anyone elses. When I challenged all of these fees the Assistant General Manager started yelling at me and told me if I didn't like it he will tear up my Buyers Contract and throw me out of his store. They then told me I had to schedule an appointment on another day for the Finance person to complete my paperwork. I returned on Monday Dec 20,to complete my paperwork and noticed that there was no Limited Warranty Contract with my deal and the Finance Manager, *******, stated she had to get it, when she returned the Warranty Application paperwork stated that it was purchased for NO Dollar Cost. Which is not true, it was repeatedly added to my NISSAN Finance cost at $695.00 Cost. When I challenged this again she said she is a clerical worker and I would need to leave her office if I had any questions. She removed my work folder and put it on the salesman's desk and was done with me. I had to return to his desk again where ************************* stated he was stuck in the middle of all of this.I have ALL of the evidence of everything stated for BBB review and ******** ************ review.DO NOT USE this dealership to do any transactions unless you want to be overcharged and threatened by the Management Team there.I would give them a ZERO Rating if I was able to.
