I placed an order with this company for some stickers. Before placing the order I checked their entire website for their location, which was listed as being in ********. This is important as my brand identity is built on a product that is manufactured in *******. After some emails back and forth, I asked them where they were located to confirm they were in the **. They told me they were located in *******. Fast forward to my order being dispatched and it was being sent from ***********. Despite ** law, they do not have a manufacturer country of origin listed anywhere on their website, or was it mentioned in their communication when I specifically asked. They are refusing to give me a refund for a product I cannot use.Business response

On behalf of everyone in AllStickerPrinting, we are saddened to hear that this concern reaches this far, however, we know that this feedback will make us better.
We truly understand the patronage and appreciate the client's sentiment. As a local company with an office here in *******, we have international & local printing partners to accommodate the various materials and labels we provide. This allows us to offer competitive prices to our small and medium businesses, especially, during this challenging time.
In our almost 10 years in the printing business, we've been asked those kinds of questions and responded with all honesty. Despite our production being offshore, we have already established lots of business partnerships with our many businesses and been supplying their stickers & labels needs for quite some time.
Whenever our client asks, we are transparent and true to inform them where our production is located. It's never our intention to mislead our clients, as our vision is to develop long-lasting partnership with our clients. ******* did ask where we are located, and we informed her that we are situated here in Jericho, *******. Though, we have not asked where we print our products & labels. Should we have known that she only does orders that's made locally then we will inform them right away. And we respect their decision should they ask to cancel the order and will refund their payment.
With regard to the refund request, as much as we wanted to provide it, our hands are tight as we're able to deliver the product within the given timeframe. And we guarantee that the products are within quality printing standards mandated by law. We've attached a proof of the product delivered to the client. As we valued her business with us, we've offered ******* through email during our negotiation with her, a good discount should she give us another chance to earn her business. The labels are certainly usable as the digital proof of the artwork was printed with her approval.
We hope we're able to explain our side and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. On behalf of everyone in our team, we're very sorry we failed to meet our client's expectations. Please let us know if there's anything that we can further assist you with.
