            Please do anything possible to stay away from this scammer. Poor business practice. This home office is a trap, every step of the way was shamelessly but carefully designed. Once you are signed up with them, usually months or years before the actual filing date, you are glued by their so-called contract. Without reasonable communication, they will file all the way to the Commerical court.

            Dear *******,Thank you for being a valued customer of ********************** Tax ******************** since January 2017. During these years, we have had a wonderful relationship where we saved you thousands of dollars by successfully reducing your property tax assessment. Like many businesses, we operate remotely and encourage our employees to work from home as one of the benefits of working at Property Tax Adjusters, Ltd. Since we do not have a brick and mortar location, our clients prefer to communicate over the telephone, email and video conferencing. As an accommodation to you, we allowed you to hand deliver your paperwork to our office. The Nassau County tax assessment reduction process is a protracted proceeding. Every year, we communicate to our customers how ****** Countys process works and we agree that it does take a long time. Lastly, we are unable to proceed unless a client signs a retainer and authorization for every year that they hire our office. We look forward to hearing from you to discuss your open invoices.
