I am seeking legal assistance regarding a deceptive solar installation and roofing contract my family signed with Sunco Solar, represented by a sales agent named ****.**** informed us that, as part of the green movement, we were eligible for a new roof and solar panels at no cost. He claimed the government would cover all expenses, implying no financial burden for us. However, we later discovered that we were instead burdened with a $65,200 loan, which was never disclosed to us during our discussions.Despite this, we started making payments and have paid around $5,000 so far. When reviewing our ****** account, we noticed the loan had increased from $65,200 to $65,800. Upon contacting ******, we were told by a representative, Nay, that the increase was due to a $8.96 daily finance fee, in addition to the 4.99% annual interest ratenone of which had been disclosed by ****.**** used misleading tactics to persuade my non-English-speaking mother into signing a 25-year loan agreement. There was no mention of a loan, interest rates, or daily finance fees during our discussions. If we had known the true terms, my mother would never have signed.The daily finance fee alone will total $80,640 over 25 years, excluding the $65,200 principal and the 4.99% annual interest, creating a significant financial burden for my 54-year-old father and 50-year-old mother.I have contacted ****** multiple times to request refinancing or the removal of the daily finance fee, but they have refused, stating these terms are part of the contract.We feel we were misled and coerced into signing this agreement under false pretenses.
