I began working with this company in Jan of this year 2024, I was told I had to pay ******* dollars initially, then the payments would drop to ****** monthly. They were going to consolidate my loans and put me on the SAVE repayment plan. The payments of ****** are to make payments to my student loans. I got another call from another company about the Borrowers defense program and I began to tell them I am working with SLC group. She looked up my file and told me my loans have been consolidated since 2022 and that I have been in review for the SAVE program since 2022. She prompted me to do more research on this company because it sounded like a scam. I have since made calls and sent e-mails to SLC Group with NO RESPONSE. I want a full refund of my ******* dollars they have done zero work on my behalfCustomer response

Was contacted via Cell Phone about their service and badgered into agreeing to fill out a Digi Signer Contract of sort. I was sleep deprived from providing Nursing my husband back to health after a long hospital stay. The person that called was describing services for Loan Forgiveness for a fee of $260 per month for a time period of 120 month. my Government Student Aid Loan. She even baited me with Phone calls each month ( starting May 5, 2023 and one more time June 16, 2023). On Friday July 14, 2023, I received an e-mail dated July 13, 2023 via ********* e-mail. It stated.... " just a friendly reminder of your upcoming payment with us. " . Signed "King regards" " ********************* *************************************** with the following phone numbers...************ / *************.I called both of these phone numbers and the first stated mailbox is full the second was/ is a fax number. I did some investigation on my own and found there was a previous complaint to the BBB and also found that there was a Class Action Suit with findings against them.Mainly I want to have them leave me completely alone.
