  I purchased a device from them under false pretenses. After using it and seeing none of the promised benefits - and I did a lot just to try to make sure- I reached out to the company for a refund or some sort of explanation and was immediately blocked. They’re selling these fake devices all golfer the world.

  Duplicate complaint:  I studied this pen and it’s supposed results after training purchasing and using exactly as told. Not only do they not refund they also attack you when you tell them you and your clients are not seeing any of the claimed results it should give. The device attachments and payments for the treatments are not cheap. They post false photos and have people showing photos who aren’t even licensed as estheticians in their state. It’s highly unethical and disturbing. I paid almost 3000$ for the pen and online training.

  The following is in response to the complaint my company received by ******** ****. My response would not fit on the page to reply  so am sending to you so you can post my full response and supporting documentation. I have listed below supporting documents including the cease and desist that was sent to ******** from my attorney. If she continues we will proceed with a defamation lawsuit. 
  
  The following is in response to ******** **** *********’s complaint.
  
  Pro Plasma Esthetic is the exclusive USA distributor for the Jet Profosma Plasma pen. The device launched for pre orders September 2021. This is an esthetic device, CE approved and FDA regulated, that provides an option for clients with no downtime vs traditional fibroblast plasma where there is significant down time. This has taken our students business to next level financially, they absolutely love it and so do their clients. We have countless testimonials from Students worldwide. 
  
  About Jet Plasma: 
  
  Jet Plasma pen is a handheld plasma device that uses a cooler atmospheric temperature so does not create surface trauma like traditional fibroblast plasma. This extremely powerful device penetrates 13,000 volts of plasma through the epidermis, into the dermal and subcutaneous layers of the skin stimulating high levels of collagen and remodeling the cellular structure from the inside out. When Jet plasma is mixed with oxide oxygen,  ozone plasma is created which kills surface bacteria and is anti inflammatory to aid in calming keratosis, eczema, and rosacea. 
  
  Jet Plasma is used to tighten the skin, diminish wrinkles, diminish hyperpigmentation, treat acne, scarring, stretch marks  and aids in product absorption that otherwise couldn’t penetrate as deep without needle injection.
  
  Jet Plasma slows cell necrosis (cell death) which ultimately slows the aging process and is a great preventative for younger clients as well.
  
  Plasma is generated in the form of gas like J plasma by using a cooler temperature gas to shrink and tighten where fibroblast uses a higher temperature creating surface trauma. Our device is 13,000 volts, J Plasma surgeons use is 17-18,000 volts.
  
  ******** had joined our Jet Plasma ******** forum prior to purchasing the device. We initially had no issue with her and then she abruptly became rude in responses on the forum which violates our rules and was blocked. This was prior to purchase.
  
  She continued to follow our ********* page after that, @pro_plasma_esthetic and contacted me to purchase the Jet Profosma device in March 2022. 
  
  A friend of hers who is also a student of mine asked me to allow her back on the forum. Against my better judgement I allowed it.  She was very positive at first in posting and then once again abruptly began posting “this doesn’t work”, “no results” on other students posts. This was completely unwarranted and are false statements. 
  
  I advised her to send me a video so I can see her technique in an effort to help her. She also had NOT purchased additional Jet tips since March 19 which is required as after 40-50 min of use on the same client they are virtually useless. She didn’t like my response and asked what the refund policy was. I advised all sales are final which is stated in the purchase agreement but if she was not happy with the device could post for sale, she became hostile again which violates rules and was blocked from the Jet ******** forum for a second time. This happened 4-5 months ago.
  
  After that she continued to post positively about Jet plasma on her ********* @halohauslv and although I don’t follow her, she tagged me in several posts even as recent as August 6th. Her positive posts about Jet Plasma were just as recent as September 9th and to date has this service listed on her website. I declined to comment any time she tagged me.
  
  Her recent obsession with our business and bad mouthing is unwarranted, without merit and I have had several beauty professionals in the industry contact me that the behavior is abnormal and nothing short of bullying. 
  
  I would like to add our students are thriving! Adding the Jet Profosma Pen has taken their business next level and we have countless testimonials and before/after pics posted worldwide from my students showing consistent results. I have attached a link below of testimonials and before/ afters can be found on our ********* page @pro_plasma_esthetic.
  
  ******** claims we post fake images when in fact the images we repost are actual images from our students work on their Clients they tag us in. All images are unfiltered  real images worldwide. 
  
  ******** **** had her mother in law and her wife list 1 star reviews under my google business page which is extremely unprofessional. 
  
  She started commenting on all my students pictures from 3 different ********* accounts which are all hers, @halohauslv, @*********************, @*************************. Her attacks continued by her advising people not to purchase the Jet device on another ******** forum. 
  
  My other students on that forum responded they love their device and she possibly isn’t using it correctly. She continued to call me *****, argue with others and her violent temper and obsession is concerning. Her addictive obsessive behavior should be brought to the attention of the Esthetic Board in Nevada for review as she appears unfit to work on the public.
  
  We blocked all her profile accounts and then she had continued by commenting on one of our educators posts that it doesn’t work and the following day I received the BBB complaint. (attached below)
  
  The fact that she purchased, used the device and posted positively since last March, posted pictures as recent as September 9th advertising the positive result of Jet  Plasma and out of the blue attacked me and my business is not the behavior of a sane, professional entrepreneur in the beauty industry. These attacks are unwarranted and contradictory to her @halohauslv posts, and comments on posts on her ********* page.
  
  I have attached all supporting documentation and a copy of the Cease and desist letter that was sent to her. We advertise the device, what it does and can confidently deliver those results to clients as all our students do worldwide. We will continue to do so and change lives for the better with this incredible advancement in Plasma technology. Our students are Estheticians, permanent makeup artists, nurses, fibroblast certified practitioners, nurse practitioners and doctors. This device is not for home use nor do we sell to non professionals. The Certification received at the end of training is what is legally required to obtain liability insurance. 
  
  If she continues to defame our business with false statements we will move forward with a lawsuit against her and anyone she has to persuaded to talk negatively as well.
