From the moment we called for an estimate, Keith, Joey, and Gretchen were always informative, thorough, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions! We had an issue in November that they came to look at, but we knew we were at the point of needing a new roof in the next year or so as well. They put together an estimate that was very detailed and we signed a contract. Of course, winter hit next! Gretchen kept in touch throughout the few months and we appreciated that so much. As the weather has just really cleared where we're getting a couple days here and there that are dry and a bit warmer, they arrived and completed the roof and the other repair. The entire crew was very professional. They continuously cleaned up materials from the removal of the old roof, tarp type curtains were hung to protect the sides of our house, and I saw the nail sweeper come out several times too. When they left, you wouldn't have known all that work had been done. Our yard was left in immaculate condition. Keith and/or Joey were always on site working as well. The entire roof was pretty straight forward so it only took one day, with a couple hours of shoring up the repair the next day. When we met for making the final payment, Keith and Joey were truly interested to know if we were happy with the job that was done and if we had any questions. I highly recommend Grand Homes Construction, you can't go wrong with them!

I recently decided it was time to replace my roof after many years and called Grand Homes #13 Inc. to do the job. Keith and his son had done a few other jobs for me in the past and I was pleased with those. This was a big undertaking as I have a roof with 2 dormers a porch and different sections. When first inspected for the work needed found out I had three layers of shingles and no plywood as my house is very old. back in the day little cedar shakes were used and are very tedious to remove. I knew I had to do it. this type of work is always weather dependent and this has been a wet summer. when we finally were able to set a date the crew, Keith and Joey showed up early in the day and those guys started working right out of the truck. They busted all day till late into the evening and only took an hour break. You could tell they were very involved in their work and took pride in every job they had to do. Constant working then cleaning and making sure they did everything they were asked by their bosses. Joey was hands on as well and Keith and Jose ' were working and supervising the whole time. Took two days and was a huge mess due to the cedar shakes. that wood is very messy. they raked and raked, shoveled, swept, used the blower and magnetic nail finder for two days to make sure my yard and surroundings were nice and safe and clean, I will have Keith and crew do other work that may come up because he is trustworthy, honest and passionate about his business. Great job everybody!

This family owned and operated business recently went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied, and that the job was done properly. On a Sunday night at 7:00 pm, first rain after our roofing job was complete, we discovered a leak. Owner Keith and his son were on our roof within 30 minutes of our distress call-laying out a tarp to ensure we stayed dry until the rain stopped, and they could figure out the problem. Even after it was determined to be a chimney chase problem, NOT a problem with their roof job, Keith and his team worked with us in a fair and honest way until we were satisfied and our home was dry and secure. Keith’s sister Gretchen, who handles most of the billing and scheduling, is very hands on, and kept us informed and in the know-even before there was a problem. She made sure we had her cell number should we have any questions or problems. We found this team to be very hard working, and proud of the work they do. They obviously stand behind this work-no matter the weather! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job with a hard working and honest team that is easy to get a hold of and work with.

Grand Homes Construction is awesome! We have hired them twice, for a roof and a deck. Both jobs were great! Keith and his crew were great to work with. Will hire them again.
