      I attempted to contact this seller to cancel my order minutes after placing it as they failed to provide shipping cost estimates until checkout was completed at which point I noticed that they were charging more than 3x the cost of the item for a box of tea. As they are located in New York & I am in NJ, there is no reason something so lightweight would cost that much to ship. Rather than responding to my message, they initiated a shipping notification that evening. Three days later on 8/4/23 I received a notification that my item had been "delivered to the front desk reception area or mailroom." I explained at that point that my building has no such amenities and reiterated that I wanted a refund, to which I received the nonsensical reply that they had "put on a trace to (my) post office." Wish I had read the reviews before ordering and stayed away, but was luckily able to resolve through ******.

      This is a store where the customer, male or female, is always wrong. I stayed buying from the store for multiple years because it offered the best discount price for an item I use daily. In the years I purchased from this store by phone, the same impatient rude guy always answered the phone. No answer was forth At one point, I asked him directly if he was the owner of Vitaglo (Syracuse, NY). He ignored the question. I stopped doing business with the store when I was accidentally (I presume accidentally) double-billed for an order -- $200+ instead of the true charge of $100+. I made one unpleasant call after another - over a period of months. I reported this to my Credit Card Co. and In the end, they deleted the charge from my account. BEWARE OF VITAGLO.

      Vitaglo effectively stole $30 from me when I couldn't really spare the money. I purchased a ********** product for approximately $30. I received a call from "Mike," who told me that Vitaglo was out of the amino ********** product that I ordered. He offered, quite emphatically IMO, to switch out my product for a 5% Nutrition "All Day You May." (Either 20 or 30 servings) The "All Day You May" was absolutely unusable. After 4-5 days of near half-serving usage (perhaps over about 8 to 10 consecutive calendar day), I experienced distinctive liver pain. It was essentially the same liver pain I had experienced due to excessive ON beta-alanine use a number of years ago. I had a blood test at Patient First which proved the liver issue was in fact "the liver" (57 AST and 72 ALT). The liver test results are on twitter (@************** replies - - not regular tweets from my account, just a reply thread to 5% Nutrition). I let Mike know about the problem by phone shortly after the test results. No help. He mentioned that I should contact 5% Nutrition, which I did by phone. No help. I then tweeted to them. No help. I called Vitaglo again about two weeks later. I needed to order from someone and determined that they might "make it right." No help from "Mike." I called another Vitaglo number and got the female manager/owner. No help from her either. I was a multi-year customer. No longer, perhaps. Also shipped the wrong type of amazing grass product once before.

      ZERO STARS!!! I ordered 3 Vega Premium Protein Powder 4 lbs. I received 7 of the smaller containers. The weight does come out to a little over the 12 lbs. that I ordered. However, I got 2 of the Chocolate, 2 of the Mocha, and 3 of the Vanilla. That means that I did not get to choose the flavor of the 3rd container. Now I have 7 containers to store instead of 3 which I ordered. I called VitaGlo (a division of Discount Natural Foods) customer service and someone answered that was short with me, sounded stressed and annoyed that I called. While I was trying to figure out the math to what he was explaining to me, he was frustrated and impatient. I finally told him that he was not being very nice to me. He replied "Don't call me names!" I did not call him a name but I was thinking it. He was rude, impatient, and annoyed with my call. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. Worst customer service representative ever! I wish I had read the hundreds of negative reviews about this business before I purchased from them. Hopefully, this will save someone else from purchasing from this company.

      Fraudulent. Gave one star because negative stars not an option. Store promises free delivery on orders over $100. When my order did not arrive after one month, I called. Man identifying himself as the owner said it didn't ship because the shipping cost would be over $20. He said he sent me an email to that effect. There never was such an email. I told him I ordered as much as I did because of the free shipping, he said they won't ship and hung up.

      We ordered from them four days ago something that we need quickly. It says fast and free shipping on orders over $100. I emailed this morning to get tracking since I have not hear from them and this was his reply" sales@vitaglo 5:11 PM (23 minutes ago) to me it was cancelled too heavy to ship thanks mike" Didn't even let us know. They could have obviously shipped it in a few containers if it was too heavy but instead just decided to cancel it and not tell us. Never in my life have I had this kind of response from a company. They don't deserve to be in business and from their ratings they probably won't be. Wish I saw that before I ordered so we wouldn't have waisted the time and been out of it for a long time now since we can't seem to get it at a store. SHAME on them
