            This company replaced my stairway railing. I contacted him within a less than a week of completion because 4 of the balusters are very loose and 2 are completely falling out. This has created a safety issue. Mike, the owner, agreed to come back and fix the issue. He was a no show on three occasions and now will not return my phone calls, texts or messages through ********.

            In a short time it was easy to note the inexperience as results on each part of the job worsened. One day he said I’ll be back tomorrow and we never heard from him again. The floor is unlevel, three lights and 2 outlets he put in don’t work. Blemishes all over the entire wall that we pointed out several times. He cut holes out for the outlets that were bigger than needed and never addressed it. The trim is not finished. Trim and flooring cut too short in many places. We tried to work with him as much as possible and we were always understanding with his lack of knowledge and inability to be on time or finish on time. Most days he worked from 12-4. Needless to say we are going to have to pull all the floor up and relevel it ourselves. Then repaint the wall after all blemishes are fixed. And finally finish the trim and outlets. This is a lot of work when you already paid to have it done. I have pictures of everything how he left it. We also gave him a gift for his newborn child during his time here.
