I am writing this complaint due to a breech in contract made by this business and its operations manager Devin S******. I sought out to have work done with the above mentioned as he was highly recommended. Per our contract Devin was to repair my front stairs, replace my wrought iron railings with vinyl railings (picture of style and look provided) seal up foundation and two glass windows in basement and pour concrete patio in the backyard. Per this business requirement a down payment of 1/3 of the agreed payment was to be placed to schedule the job. The following day after partial of the front stair job was done I notified Devin he had placed the wrong railings on my stairs Per Devin once I provide him with what I wanted he would replace then and complete the job. After some time Devin has now refused to complete the job Per contract and is demanding more payment to complete it leaving my front stairs without railings or post that are included in contract. Also The basement wall is leaking and the patio poured is unleveled. In addition to this Devin has left mounds of cement in my back yard which has dried and hardened, my driveway has been damaged by his equipment and he has not cleaned the debris in my backyard leaving it to look like a construction site. Devin has been paid 3/4 over 6K for this job and is now refusing to make corrections and complete it Per contract. Lastly Devin has not placed any sealant on the front paint stairs as originally planned. At this point I now have to find someone to correct all of his work, close my front stairs as they are now a code violation and hazardous due to no railings. Devin refused to provided itemized cost to notify me of my budget for railings and when requesting my previous railings to be placed back to my stairs he has stated he cut them and no longer has them disposing of them without my permission.
