            Sells on ****** under the names ableals and Somlo Enterprises, Inc.. ****** is currently blocking bad reviews for them from going up. They send out products that aren't as described and blame the customer for misunderstanding. I recently ordered a Blu-ray that was described by them as "Condition: Used - Very Good - BluRay is in very good condition. Previously owned by a library. No DVD or digital download code, BluRay only. Case may have some scuff marks." When the Blu-ray arrived, there were seven permanent stickers that took up most of the space on the sleeve itself along with magic marker on the sleeve. There was magic marker on the disc as well. Their response was I didn't understand what ex-library was and "You received the item today exactly as described." ****** had to handle the refund that had been requested from the company since they opted not to. Avoid this company.

            I did not have any interaction with this person ever as they never contacted my business. Buyer only contacted ****** Customer Support directly regarding their under $2.00 purchase of a DVD that was sold as described. Buyer immediately received a full refund directly from ****** for cost of item and shipping. Buyer then left negative feedback regarding their experience with ****** Customer Service that ****** then removed as feedback was supposed to be strictly about if item was shipped securely and customer received item on time (which Buyer did) and feedback left by Buyer was wholly regarding the item being previously owned by a library. Business with BBB is for Able Al's ******** **** in Syracuse, NY that has nothing do whatsoever with this transaction that is for an entirely different business entity.

            Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, the company is being less than honest with their response. I did talk directly with Able Al's, who responded that the item was as described. The item was a Blu-ray, not a DVD, and the price was over $2.00 (not that the price matters if someone is selling an item with a fraudulent description). ****** didn't take down the review, it never went up. And ****** agreed that the item itself didn't come close to being as described and refunded the money themselves. Despite Able Al's not being willing to. This is the entity selling on ******. This is the business' address directly off ******: *** ******* **** Syracuse NY *****-**** US If the company continues to insist this isn't them, I will be willing to contact ****** and ask they immediately suspend the seller fraudulently using Able Al's name and address and contact the Better Business Bureau to see that Able Al's denies this is them.
